Erin is so friendly and truly a master of her trade! We ordered a cake shaped like a suitcase (complete with fondant flight attendant) as a surprise for our mom’s retirement party. A small town baker with big city style. The owner is a trained pastry chief and really tries to meet the expectations of her clients. She does have a selection of morning pastries in her display case but stocks only fresh, so when she's out she's out. If you want to be sure she has something it's really worthwhile to call 24 hours ahead of time to and have your order made the way you want it.
