Food was great but the service was not. The girl at the front counter didnt greet us or smile. They didn't even give us our cups and completely ignored us and when we finally got our cups we didn't get the large we paid for and they walked away.

This is thee absolute longest I've waited for food 15 min ...the girl at the front counter has zero personality ...never smiled at 1 customer...and when asked if they had sweetener or sugar packets for tea...she stood there with a blank look and never answered...so I got blah tea cause the sweet tea was water .... 3 others in tbe back litteraly no help 1 person in kitchen trying to keep up... but apparently the drive thru orders are being done before the walk in orders .... and a boy/guy in the back with black eye shadow on ....and after all that couldn't wleven get our damn order right ....yeah I'm deservedly upset...but this place is current a joke of a establishment and should have customer service training and learn how to get orders right ...and this is the 2nd time this week...because I'm here from out of town working....

The food was fine, Normal DQ quality. But this is the slowest location imaginable. It wasn’t super busy, we ordered easy staples. One of us even ordered just a blizzard. But it took over 20 minutes, and the employees in both the front and back were just standing around hands in pockets. When I asked about my order they walked back and made it then brought it. For a location so based on people passing thru on road trips they really dropped the ball.
The staff was very pleasant and fun. Got my favorite peanut buster parfait, and it was made perfectly!

We tried to call ahead with a large order for our Volleyball team, no answer. We tried to order online at 8:30 pm and the lobby was closed. Decided to try the drive thru, when we said we had a large order, we were told they weren't going to do that. It was before 9pm. Very disappointed with this experience.

Upon parking I noticed an advertisement for buy 1 Blizzard get one free for online purchases. I asked the DQ worker for more information regarding the advertisement but he didn't even know what I was talking about. Figured employee's were required to know about ongoing promotions. I ordered 3 LG Blizzards and watched all the workers goofing around ad they prepared the order. When they were done I was handed the Blizzards without the customary upside down freeze check. As I got back to my car I noticed that I'd received Medium Blizzards instead of Large. Worse still was discovering the Blizzards were already melting at the top. I was bringing family there to try DQ for the first time and I'm very disappointed that all the hype I'd pumped them up with on how much I love DQ was not proven by a great experience. Shame on these workers.
