Best food I had while trucking. The food is so delicious and beautifully presented. This is authentic Mexican food. The staff has excellent customer service skills and deserves raises and big tips. I thank this restaurants team for giving me one of the best experiences at a restaurant. I wish I took pics of my food to post.
My husband and I travel a lot for his work. We discovered this restaurant about 7 years ago. We love it. Their food is really good and we try to stop here every time we pass through during their business hours. We are never disappointed. Their chips and crispy taco shells are made fresh and they use regular corn tortillas - not the thin ones that break if you touch them. I grew up on Tex-Mex food and this is the closest thing I’ve found since I left San Antonio years ago....
What a delightful surprise Mi Ranchito was! While traveling, we stayed overnight in Ogallala. After driving for 9 hours, we arrived 30 minutes before closing. We were met with a welcoming atmosphere, outstanding food and perfectly crafted drinks! From the moment we were seated in a colorful booth and tasted the salsa, we knew we were in for a treat! Highly recommend for hungry travelers and locals alike!
