I’ve really tried to support our local Pizza Hut, but after tonight, I just can’t anymore. My order was supposed to be ready in 45 minutes… but I waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes, and even after the app told me it was ready, I still sat in the lobby another 45 minutes before getting my food.
While waiting, they ignored the ringing phone completely and turned away several customers who wanted to dine in. This is the second time in a row this has happened, and it’s honestly disappointing to see a local business run like this.
I hate to say it, but I won’t be taking my business there anymore—and I’d encourage others to consider doing the same. We deserve better customer service in our community.

Passing through on our way back to Kansas. Ordered delivery through the app, delivery was fast, food was piping hot and delicious!! Driver was very pleasant. If I ever stay here again I will definitely order from this location again, best Pizza Hut pizza I’ve had in a long time!! Kudos to the staff at this location!

Just one of my best experiences with Pizza Hut in years. Placed my order using Hut Rewards for a free pizza, which came out perfectly. Sauce was to my liking, plenty of cheese, and the toppings were very well apportioned.
The delivery driver was great! Arrived 15 minutes before the time stated when I placed the order. The driver was very courteous and polite. When giving me the pizza he asked how many would be eating, and when I replied just one, he provided me with plates, napkins, big paper cups, and plastic utensils. This has never happened before in all my travels and getting Pizza Hut. This driver should be training delivery drivers nation wide.
Will definitely be using this Pizza Hut on my future visits to Ogallala. You cannot go wrong here.

Good pizza (like most Pizza Huts used to be). Crispy crust. Good sauce. Plenty of cheese and toppings. We’ve always done takeout of their personal pan pizzas. It’s been consistently good. Nice employees too.

Picked up an order, everything looked uncleaned, I didn't want to touch anything and had concern about the safety of our food. Pizza was undercooked, wings were inedible and went in the trash. Not only did they look unappetizing they were barely sauced and rock hard.

It took over an hour to get my food. When it finally arrived, the driver pressured me for a tip. My food was way!!!!!! Under cooked, when I called to complain, the manager hung up on me. I returned the food and received a bad attitude. Fire them all and start over. I will never patronize this store again. I hope this store closes and goes bankrupt

We had 2 medium pizzas the triple treat. One meat lovers (very little meat) how can it be meat lovers without much meat? It was supposed to be hand tossed but we received pan. The other was veggie with pepperoni but no pepperoni was on it. The pizza was ok but not what we asked for. I REALLY missed my pepperoni!
