Ohhh Scooter's I heart you! We make it a point to find a Scooters location when we can, not being from an area that has them. We needed a caffeine boost on our road trip through Nebraska. I decided I wanted an ice coffee for my turn at the wheel and my husband made it happen. I used the restroom while he ordered for us, it was very clean but a little chilly (brrr) and the music was really blasting in there (hello, old lady alert apparently! Complaining about music being too loud!).
My husband ordered me an iced coffee "Boston style" which is a very common order in the Chicagoland area but in Nebraska not so much. He had to explain that it was 3/4 coffee and 1/4 cream. Welllllll they used lovely, rich heavy whipping cream at Scooters!! Who knew??? So, they mixed up the ratio and did 1/4 coffee and 3/4 HWC. I about died from the texture and flavor, although I did laugh A LOT that they thought I wanted to basically drink HWC, what they must think of us Illinoisans??? The staff was so friendly and the place was so clean and it was a really nice place to stop on a long round-trip. Thank you!

Horrible service. And I’m a patient guy. Dude with long hair barely acknowledged me then went out of his way to not help me. I was the only person there. I waited at the register for 10 minutes as he made one drink at a time for the drive thru, once again, seemingly going out of his way to not help me. His attitude sucked. Which is not like scooters. Love scooters. Specifically stop here on road trips. Won’t anymore. ✌️

We travel I 80 a lot, and stop there often, always good people and very good coffee
Terrible staff, management, and horrible owners! Drinks are made terribly by crew rushing while the one of the owners is seen on multiple occasions just walking in making his own coffee before talking with his daughter (who also works there) do yourself a favor and save some money. avoid this scooters!

I was really shocked after we ordered a tray of dessert from the counter. Every thing is displayed in groups of 9. So like a normal person I would think they were sold by the pack...wrong they are packaged in a container on nine and sold separately. So just b aware because they won't refund u or tell u.

Ordered a 16 Oz iced Americano with four shots. I got a 12 Oz. Teller argued that it was a 16 Oz. It was not. I also did not get my four shots that I paid for. Didn't realize the lack of paid for shots until I pulled away. No receipt given and we are already ont he road.

They only have two women attending, they served me what they wanted not what I ordered, they reluctantly threw away my coffee. I don’t recommend this place if you visit Nebraska!
