Very slow service, and they had almost NO vegetables to offer, when asked they said they just don’t have any; what subway doesn’t have vegetables? That’s 80% of the food you serve! Will not return to this subway again, to top it all off there was a woman with a dog sitting near where the food is made
Guy who made the sandwich was courteous and kind and quick! Called next today to hopefully get the receipt emailed to me and the dude who answered rude as hell.
The workers close the store before closing time and they're rude if you walk in close to closing time (through the gas station, when they've already locked the front door).
If you want to close at a certain time, put that on your front door and on Google Maps so we don't waste the drive and eat somewhere else before they close. If you want to pack up 20 minutes early, then say so.
Relentlessly tried to upsell us. Slipped me a giant drink on a meal deal. No mayo in the tuna, making it inedible. Cookie dough not sufficiently cooked. Just yuck.
Excellent customer service by the two guys working when we stopped on our way back from Colorado.
Pros: excellent customer service.
Cons: food prep area and veggies were a mess. Veggies looked old and gross. Overall store cleanliness at this time was not as clean as I’d like to see it.
Roasted flatbread sandwiches were not roasted, but warm. Chicken had nice flavor and was not dry. Due to poor looking veggies, only option available was spinach.
Visit again when traveling through as a better option to greasy fast-food.
Came in near at the end of the night, after driving for six hours, let us in and gave us great service. Super friendly staff.
Wanna say I am VERY impressed with the customer service our bus of kids received last night, 1/24/25 our crew of 17 kids showed up around 940pm. There was one lady (Hailey) working alone. Needless to say she was extremely piolet & very focused on each kids order! She was very fast an efficient. She provided AWESOME Customer service!!! She had a Positive and enthusiastic energy about her! I must say I'm IMPRESSED this girl needs a raise!!!!!

I did make my order for Phili steak
Guys who work today he don’t have experience in this job he make my subs very bad . Cold phili steak. He put 3 different orders together in toaster at 15 seconds. When my subs have to be minimum at 36 seconds to warm meat but he didn’t do that. My day was start to bad with subway from this location. I can’t eat cold food I don’t like cold meat cold bread and I threw the food in the trash. Also he not put the food on bag no napkins. Hey guys where is your service???
Subway was a delight to visit! The guy working at the time (on December 30th at 3 pm) was so nice! He was conversational, made our food fresh, and assured that we should take our receipt in case anything from our order was wrong (nothing was wrong). Such friendly and efficient service!

Was there at 6:45pm on a thursday, and the kid behind the counter said I couldnt order a meatball sandwich because they had already "turned the meatballs off and it would take a while to warm them up". They close at 10. Why turn them off 3 hours before close?
Will not be returning to this location, thats unacceptable. Hire employees who at least pretend to care.

I stopped on my way back to Kearney from Imperial. Clean, well made sandwich. Delightful staff. The gentleman and lady working were a fun and energetic. I was there late, and they were starting to clean up, but had no problem accommodating me. The gentleman was going to close that night and open in the morning. He made me laugh when he told me, he had dad ears in the back of his head, and handed the other employee condiments for my sandwich he was about to put away. I left feeling energized and fed.
Please give him a raise. As someone who has worked on the kitchen of restaurants for 30 years, I know what a rare quality an employee like this is. When customers come in, and are treated with kindness and respect, it really shows how valuable that employee is. I wish I had grabbed their names. I hope you let them know how impressive they are.
