Was there at 6:45pm on a thursday, and the kid behind the counter said I couldnt order a meatball sandwich because they had already "turned the meatballs off and it would take a while to warm them up". They close at 10. Why turn them off 3 hours before close?
Will not be returning to this location, thats unacceptable. Hire employees who at least pretend to care.

I stopped on my way back to Kearney from Imperial. Clean, well made sandwich. Delightful staff. The gentleman and lady working were a fun and energetic. I was there late, and they were starting to clean up, but had no problem accommodating me. The gentleman was going to close that night and open in the morning. He made me laugh when he told me, he had dad ears in the back of his head, and handed the other employee condiments for my sandwich he was about to put away. I left feeling energized and fed.
Please give him a raise. As someone who has worked on the kitchen of restaurants for 30 years, I know what a rare quality an employee like this is. When customers come in, and are treated with kindness and respect, it really shows how valuable that employee is. I wish I had grabbed their names. I hope you let them know how impressive they are.

Bread was burnt, asked to have it toasted with veggies on and everything was still cold, the music was too loud to be able to hear anyone, the gal making my sub had to ask me what I said each time and lean closer. Over all not impressed

Hours on the door say "New Hours" and that they are open until 11 on Fridays and Saturdays. However, they were closed at 10. I did see online it says 10 when I came to review but they should have the correct time on their signs and doors. They are right beside the gas station so we weren't looking online, we were looking at their displayed days and times on the door. We stood at the door but they just looked at us amd never came to the door to say anything.

If I could give zero stars I would, absolutely terrible service, no happiness to even be alive it seemed like, ordered a sub and they said they already put the ingredients away it is 6:30, they close at 8 o’clock, don’t go there unless you want to be dissapointed!!!
Ordered a Monster sub in a bowl. Recieved only 1 portion of meat despite even the signage saying turn your footlong (2 portions of meat) into a bowl. Tomatoes also not diced for the bowl even though they are supposed to be. Defiantly still charged the full price though. Guess the sandwich artist doesn't apply to bowls.
FOOD POISONING BE WARE. This is the worst sickness I’ve ever had. Never eat here.

1:00 pm the guy with the glasses was on top of it. I got served as fast as he could. Unfortunately the other 3 employees were nowhere in sight. At first I could only hear then talking in the back. The taller guy was to busy having a conversation with the ladies in thw back to be bothered with the register. As I sat and ate I watched everyone else work to clean and rotate food, as this one just stood around most of the time and followed the lady with the bandana tide up on her head. As he stood around he would bite his nails and wipe his nose and not once did I see him wash his hands. Come on seriously food safety 101. Keep hands away feom face and wash any time you touch something. Holy hell we just had a pandemic for real.
