Forty minutes waiting here gave me my wrong food.The worst service, the worst staff that I ever seen in an establishment.Do not go here Sasha doesn't even know that she's working there. If there was a minus star, they're lucky to even get that horrible, horrible, dirty, bad staff.

I hate that people have gotten so lazy they have to close before closing time.

This location appears to be consistently unavailable for service. The lobby is frequently closed, and the drive-thru ordering signs are often unlit, despite the expectation that orders should be taken through the drive-thru.

I arrived peak lunch time so it was extremely busy-
The guys in the restaurant were super kind despite being understaffed and stressed. Though, they made me probably the best vegetarian burrito with potatoes that I’ve ever had at a fast food place.
Hey, please staff your restaurant. It’s not fair to your employees.

We stopped for dinner after a long road trip day. The lobby was closed due to lack of employees. The drive-thru employee was friendly. It was just discouraging that we had to take our food back to our hotel room, by then, the food was lukewarm at best. It would have been nice to enjoy the food fresh and hot. I applaud the employees for having to work in such poor conditions and the food would have been better hot. Owner/Operator, do better for your employees, if they are short of help, roll up YOUR sleeves and help them out.

I went through the drive-through to get some food as I pull up. There are three other cars in front of me, not too bad. by the time I got up to the drive-through window I had waited 30 minutes at that point. The drive-through window employee asked for my card as I was handing it over. I asked him if I was going to have to wait another 30 minutes to get my food. He smiled and closed the window. He reopened It handed me my card and drink then said “I don’t have to be rude”. I replied by saying I wasn’t aware I was being rude just asking a question. I also said that I needed a receipt. I’m using a company credit card and it is required to have a receipt. He said hold on, he reopened the drive-through window five minutes later and said that the printer wasn’t working and he couldn’t give me a receipt. I replied I need a receipt. It is required by my company. He replied once again and a smart ass tone that the printer isn’t working and I told him I wasn’t going to move until I got my receipt. he turned his head and told his fellow employees that the line is going to back up because this guy won’t move because he wants a receipt. Let me remind you I was also never handed my food. Another five minutes passes by and they open up the window to hand me my receipt and I drive off without my food. I counted four employees and one of them to appear to be on break as he was sitting down on a box playing on his phone, but if you’re that busy, nobody should be on break. Four employees should’ve been plenty to keep up with a drive-through, especially since they didn’t have the dining room open.

I had the very bad experience ever. We went because they messed up our order and wanted to charge us even more than we already had, to which we said no and returned the food and they asked us for a pull forward which we did and then they came out with a very rude attitude and returned us 11 dollars out of 25.44 which I complained about and they said they were going to call the police that they had more customers and they spoke very rudely and yelled at us. I will never return, they have no capacity to serve customers by shouting and swearing.
