I got the smothered chorizo burrito and I must say that it is a flavor bomb! It got progressively better as I devoured that beauty. The horchata was the perfect pair being the right amount of sweetness and not too heavy.
This little food truck located next to Hokes Cafe on the main strip in Ogallala is a gem; it is my favorite place to come for a breakfast sandwich. Hot, delicious and economical, you can't beat it. They've added a few picnic tables so you can eat in your car or enjoy a picnic table under a bit of shade.
Easy to find, Staff was lovely, highly recommend if your passing through the breakfast burritos were awesome and classic street tacos were great, I would rec. the carne asada one.
