Red head at the counter needs to learn manners while she’s on the clock. 13th st coffee shouldn’t pay pay for an employee like that but I guess that’s what you get with minimum wage.

I don't know why the barista seemed absolutely miserable. She was unpleasant and unfriendly. You can tell she's too comfortable because she's the owner's daughter or something. Bad attitude and bad service.

Only giving a 4 star bc the service is usually a little off. Not unfriendly by any means but also not really friendly. The coffee is amazing. The shop is cozy and great.

Went in for a quick coffee. The atmosphere was so relaxing and cozy. The staff was super kind. I wanted to stay and relax a while, and would definitely recommend this place.

I went with a friend to get coffee and Gelato, the Service was very good. I had asked the beresta to surprise me with coffee and she was very nice about it. The coffee I got was very good and the gelato was also nice. It was a pretty quiet cafe with a few people coming in and out. There is an upper level and a lower level.A nice hole in the wall spot.

My favorite place to get tea downtown. The workers are always friendly and the vibes inside aren't that of a Starbucks but somewhere you can actually come and read &enjoy a cup of joe. They have board games available for fun! I absolutely would recommend.

Omg I loved it..The people were awesome and very welcoming and I'm a gay black male..

coffee au lait was good, espresso was watery, like normal coffee, not espresso. Bought three types of beans, none of them had taste or smell of coffee,dumped them in garbage. The bean price was even more than twice of generic like Starbucks, also more than special coffee.

Very cool place & great for studying, working, or relaxing and the coffee I got was GREAT!! I've been passing by forever, and this was the first time I stopped in. Recommend!!

Awesome sorbet!

I got the cold brew latte with caramel and tiramisu cold foam. Best coffee ever! The staff was friendly and recommended the tiramisu cold foam. I will be coming back
