This place is absolutely disgusting. My three kids haven’t eaten in three days because my EBT ran out, and I was hoping to finally give them a decent meal. Instead, we were served rubbery chicken, soggy fries, sour beans, dry rice that crumbled in my mouth, and—worst of all—a cockroach in my food. The tortillas were stale, the salsa was watery, and there was no flavor in anything. My youngest spit it out, my middle child cried, and my oldest asked me why I brought them here. I spent the last of my money on this disgusting food, and now my kids are still hungry. This is the worst Mexican restaurant I have ever been to, and the fact that they serve food like this should be illegal.

99% sure this location skimmed my credit card number and used it at Walmart. It was the only place I used that card recently, and the purchase was at the saddle creek Walmart. The burrito was okay.

Food was burnt. When addressed with evidence they attempted to say its grilled and normal.. Then pretended to only speak Spanish . Food quality is a surprise at this location.

I really appreciate any restaurant that’s willing to stay open past midnight, let alone 24 hours. Y’all have been a saving grace in a city that largely shuts down around 10PM to midnight.

I’ll continue to eat at Abelardos - BUT THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST LOCATION…. They will repeat your order to you, and then get the whole goddamn thing wrong. Order STEAK tacos, SOFT shell. Get tongue tacos on CORN shell! They give partial orders and like today, short your order in excess of $15. Not to mention that the cost of orders is always different - even though I usually get the same thing. But even if I order 1 or 2 more tacos shouldnt equate to $15-$20 difference….
At this point, I wouldnt be surprised if collectively as a whole business - they short change people a few $1000 a month in food…. Its really not hard to get an order right - especially if youre the only one in line and you wait 20 min…..
