I really appreciate any restaurant that’s willing to stay open past midnight, let alone 24 hours. Y’all have been a saving grace in a city that largely shuts down around 10PM to midnight.

I’ll continue to eat at Abelardos - BUT THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST LOCATION…. They will repeat your order to you, and then get the whole goddamn thing wrong. Order STEAK tacos, SOFT shell. Get tongue tacos on CORN shell! They give partial orders and like today, short your order in excess of $15. Not to mention that the cost of orders is always different - even though I usually get the same thing. But even if I order 1 or 2 more tacos shouldnt equate to $15-$20 difference….
At this point, I wouldnt be surprised if collectively as a whole business - they short change people a few $1000 a month in food…. Its really not hard to get an order right - especially if youre the only one in line and you wait 20 min…..

Adore Abelardos, but this location seems way off. We had a 5 tacos meal, beef enchiladas, and chips and queso. The asada tacos were very dry. The queso was absolutely so watery that we could not get it to congeal on a chip, no matter how much it cooled. The enchiladas were okay, but the beef was also dry. We asked for rojo & verde salsa, and they gave us one packet of each for 3 portions, but they were not the correct salsas. Like, what?
So many swings and misses here ? I hope it improves!

I asked for no cheese and got cheese on everything, and I had to help them understand what I did not want to correct my order. The chicken was not fresh at all on my tacos. Usually it is good food but I am not sure what is going on there lately.

I love abelardo's - I do- but this is the worst location. I would rather drive farther to get better food from a different location. The portions are always off, the food isn't all too great, cheese blocks in beans, and so much more. I'm really disappointed every time I go and I try to avoid this location if I can. I want to see improvements and honestly- want a refund.
