This looked like it was a local favorite. A lot of people knew each other and there was a lot of carry out. The food was good and came out quickly but the waitress was not the friendliest and we didn’t get water or coffee refills.

It’s been two years since we’ve been back to Omaha, so of course we had to take the kids and grandkids to AJ’s for some delicious home cooked food. Tina is still being awesome and the food is just as delicious as always. Our picky grandkids loved it so much, they cleaned every inch of their plates! They will be back soon!

Finally, a place that knows how to make hashbrowns thin and crispy! B&G was really good!
Small town hospitality in a big city. We were immediately welcomed as soon as we walked in the door, and we were sat pretty quickly as well even though every seat in the house was taken, which was a good sign for food & service. Our server was very quick to approach when we were sat and very attentive for ordering, drinks, taste of food, etc. Some may feel that as hovering but it was just right. Food was great and pricing was very good which was in it self welcoming in todays economy. Bring CASH to pay for your meal but incase you forgot like we did they have an ATM. If ever back in the area we will be back.
