Took a very long time get out drink order after being seated. Service staff in no hurry to wait on tables. Gyozas were basic no complaints. Build your own Poké bowls were delicious. I ordered a rainbow sushi roll. The worst rainbow roll I have ever had. Fish was dried out from sitting out. The avocado was brown. Not just on the outside but all the way through it. Service staff noticed and mentioned nothing still delivered to the table. Took a very long time again to receive the bill and the waitress stood just over my shoulder looking in my purse while I pulled out cash. Very unprofessional. Gave 3 stars for good Poké, everything else was not good.
EDIT: management has attempted to respond by defending the new employee who has not had proper training to be on the floor. Drinks were not delivered at separate times and server did not "linger to expedite checkout" she literally stood behind me watching over my shoulder into my pocket book then walked away and did not return to make it quick. Shame on management, this is a very sad response and attempt to justify poor service and expired food. So your telling me the sushi chef who assembled the roll can also not tell when food has sat out to long. Take this response for what it is. If you're going to visit this restaurant observe managements quality control style. I am not at fault here. I'm just honest. When we have great service I frequently leave five star reviews. I originally only posted it as 3 star instead of 1 because I am fair. Also did not complain or make a scene in public at the restaurant to not disturb or sway other occupants. Best of luck to this business and hope things can improve hence the honest review. Also I paid full price, no complaints, not leaving a review to seek anything other than allowing others in the know to know exactly what they will be experiencing when dining here.

Food and service were good, I will be back.
Arrived cold and was bland.

Great date night spot. Fast service, fresh food, and the best Boba tea I've had in a long time.
Rich broth, tender meat, plentiful noodles, and a variety of veg make a great bowl of ramen here.
The only thing I wish would change is this: the corn should be slightly charred. It would help break the texture of the corn down a little bit while also adding a little sweet smoky pop in random bites. As it is, the corn contributes a textural oddity that takes away from the dish while adding a bit of helpful sweetness.
That's just nitpicking though. I'd become a regular here if I lived nearby.

I used to come here frequently until I found hair in my sushi 🥲 haven't returned since. The waitress was still serving my brother when he and I immediately noticed the hair, and I returned it on the spot. She apologized and gave us ice cream as an apology.
I ordered DoorDash from Akarui for lunch today. The combination tuna and salmon poke bowl was not very appetizing. There was a strong fishy smell and pieces of mysterious grey lumps that I didn’t eat because they looked suspicious. I also found a piece of plastic in my dish and the spicy mayo was hardly detectable. I ordered avacado and they were really stingy with it; I had to dig through the whole bowl only to find one small chunk the size of a quarter. What a waste of $17. Fingers crossed I don’t get food poisoning from this place!

This used to be my favorite place to grab sushi and poke, but recently they've been shredding the protein into tiny fragments to where it's all condensed. :/

This is almost $10 kids menu. The menu said grilled chicken but it was cold (refrigerated) shredded chicken breast. Funny thing was that my mom's sashimi wasn't cold enough. I forgot to take a picture, but the noodle in my ramen wasn't cooked enough, so the noodles were still stuck together as a block. I hate to leave a bad comment but think it's hard to disappoint everyone at the table with their menu.

Called in a reservation on Wednesday for last night (Sunday). When I got there they were packed and they told me they didn't have my reservation and they turned me away. I 100% did call in the reservation, I have it in my phones call history. They need to get a better system of taking reservations than scratching it on a note pad. I like this restaurant but it makes me not want to go back there because I don't trust that they'll keep my reservations.

Got two bowls of Ramen via Uber Eats and it was the most bland tasteless ramen I've ever eaten. $17 a bowl and massively disappointed. Absolute crap.

The food is OK. But a little bit surprised that a bento box does not come with a soup.

I told them I only offered one order of eel sashimi for $8. The lady working there said it's my fault. I did not freaking order $25 worth of eel. I will never come here again!!!! As Taiwanese, i can say the boba tea is way better than the others i had before in the whole Omaha. The Takoyaki is also not too far from what i had in Japan. The place is also cozy.
