Aladdin Mediterranean Restaurant

My wife and I have been a couple of times now and have always really liked the food. The Chicken Shawarma Plate has been my favorite entree so far, and the baklava are home-made and quite good. Nice place to get a good Mediterranean/Levantine meal, would recommend to others.

Great friendly service with amazing food I highly recommend The beef kebab and chicken kebab were very tasty Shawarma is also excellent, the Falafel had a wonderful texture, the rice were very tasty and the pita was the best I've had in America. Can't wait to go back

Ordered the lamb gyro combo the fries were nothing special now the gyro itself was not too shabby but the real letdown was the sauce ? granted it's only one guy working the whole place if your looking for a gyro I'd recommend Greek islands,king kongs,and or johns grecian delight

Lived in the Middle East for 2.5 years and this is some of the closest food comparable to delightful dishes I ate there.Had the beef shawarma, he slow roasts the meat for a more savoury taste (maybe to appeal to American clientele, but it’s amazing regardless). Paired with the fresh veggies, dipping sauce and fries, this dish sent me back to the streets of Amman. I look forward to try all of the other dishes as he has all the other staples on the menu (lamb kabob, kabeh, fattoush, hummus, and gyros).He also has hookah available for those who want the full Mediterranean experience.

The guy doesn't speak the slightest bit of English. The food doesn't match what we ordered at all. But damnit you're going to eat what he gives you.

First time here and I ordered the chicken shawarma. The meat is very salty the rice is somehow bland. The Taziki sauce is sour for some reason.

I’ve been here several times and am still amazed it’s not busier during the lunch hour. The food here, is amazing, the service is wonderful!! I get the lamb gyro each time, mostly because it’s phenomenal, I kid you not!! The bread, SO soft, the meat is seasoned perfectly and the tzatziki sauce, OMG!! I’ve tried many Mediterranean restaurants in the area and none of them even came close to the quality and flavors I experienced in Greece, until Aladdin Mediterranean, which is probably the highest praise you can give to a local restaurant!! If you’ve been on the fence, I suggest you make the leap, you will thank me!!

Would not recommend for gatherings, poor management, no cleanliness. I invited my friends for gathering here, resulted in a total embarrassment. My biggest mistake was to have not seen the place myself first, just relied on their website.

The older gentleman was extremely friendly and helpful. The lady is a great cook but is very rude... I will never visit their restaurant again

The sampler platter we got was fine though the rice wasn't particularly flavorful. The gyros were pretty dry, meat was approaching crunchy and simply not as good as several other gyro places in Omaha.
