The seats are not comfortable to me and they do not recline. The table light is always on and a bit distracting to me.

I tried to give this Alamo location a second chance tonight but was disappointed once again. Last time I came, my wings took over 40 minutes to come out and were the wrong sauce flavor. The manager was very kind and reached out to me and assured me that this was being addressed. A month later, today, we come back to see a movie and the experience is somehow even worse. Our side table was not wiped down, even after I asked the waiter for a rag when we arrived. I also ordered a water, which I did not receive after an hour as well as a soda refill on a ticket that was never checked on and had to go ask the bartender at the liquid sunshine room to get. I was not the only one that waited for their order paper to be taken as well as I noticed people in front of me had the same issue. There was no last call notification, or even checks brought out at the end of the movie. I love the Alamo usually, but I will not be coming back to this location.

Sound is good. Picture is good. Food is good. Theater is clean. It has a bar with food served too. Try this place out!

Came here a while ago to see Top Gun: Maverick, and thought I would try some food while I was here. I got the chips and queso and it was amazing! Possibly some of the best queso I have ever had. It also was reasonably priced for the quality, the amount of food I got, and for being a movie theater. Highly recommend.

Excellent movie experience!Pros: Plush reclining leather seats, great drinks and food options (we had the chicken tenders), friendly servers, great cinematic sound quality. Bottomless popcorn and unlimited coffee! Very clean restrooms.Cons: Movie screen was a little smaller than I expected and popcorn butter was not fully melted.Other than that, I am definitely coming back!

Will be difficult to enjoy movie experience elsewhere. Very comfortable seats and table service makes it special. Table service was a little slow and would have preferred the same wait person each time. Wish there would have been a larger candy selection, but hey…eating mozzarella sticks and warm chocolate chips made up for it.

This is an absolute joke of an establishment. Went to see Lightyear in theaters and have never had a more disappointing customer service experience. We were completely ripped off with the “bottomless popcorn and soft drinks” — we were ignored for service time and time again. There’s a problem that needs to be fixed, and if you don’t then you shouldn’t be in business. And the popcorn sucked. You guys are a joke!

We love midtown Alamo! They have great events and the bar/restaurant also has its own fun events (trivia!). But the theater part has great food, great service and of course we love the movie parties!!

It was a quiet, enjoyable theater experience. I received a free matcha smoothie because of an order mixup. It was quieter than some of the other venues I've visited. I liked this place, I will be back.

After all these years of mediocre movie going experiences, I discovered the wonders of Alamo Drafthouse. I can say, the Midtown location is a billion times better than La Vista. The La Vista one has ripped up seats and some that are broken. And upkeep of trash is not managed there either. No problems at the Midtown one.

the theatre staff was amazing.

I love the Papillion Alamo location so I visited the midtown one since it's now closer. Major disappointment. Waters we ordered didn't come and we had to put in second order request and got them after our food. We got a margarita pizza (which I've had at the papio location and it was delicious.) This one came out literally raw. You could barely pick up the outer crust because the entire middle was just runny dough. We put it on our card and the guy took it away. About a 20 or so minutes later we got a new one which is nice, but that pizza was also undercooked and sucked too tbh. Undercooked and soggy with massive cloves of garlic all over it which was weird. So much worse than the pizza at the other location. Also the alamo preaches about respecting other movie watchers and being quiet and how they will tell people to be quiet, but (while in a pg-13 movie) the group in front of us had two very small children who talked the ENTIRE time and walked around in the isle. Kind of ruined the experience and made it hard to focus on the movie. Usually the Alamo has a really respectful atmosphere and people are quiet. Other than that our waitress was nice and the place was clean. They don't clear off your empty cups or plates though when they bring you refills which seems odd.

Excellent service and very clean. Difficult to navigate, signage directing customers could use clarity and improvement. Finding assigned seat was also difficult. I assume 1st time guests get lost very easily. Hard to see food while served during films.
