Jen Ryan, the manager, works very hard and I notice this every time I eat there. She has a lot of personality and is very kind to her customers and the associates that Jen works with. It's a joy to dine at Amigo's, especially when Jenn is there. She works her butt off. ( I'm no relatives of Jenns or personal friend. Only know her by dining @ Amigos. Thank you.

My husband picked up dinner from this location on his way home tonight and didn't check the bag before leaving. When I was taking everything out of the bag I found he didn't get the nacho cheese sauce or the ranch he paid for. This wouldn't be a huge deal if it weren't for the fact that this happens regularly at this location. It is actually more rare to find everything correct. The last time I drove through I actwatched through the drive thru window and saw the young man put everything except the ranch and nacho cheese sauce in the bag. When he handed me the bag I specifically asked if they were in the bag and he assured me they were. I pulled over and found they were not. I had to go in to get them because the line in the drive thru was long. Here and there I can handle, but pretty much every time now they leave something out.

Alright, food. On par overall, with a lot of the Mexican food in Omaha. Drive-through can be lengthy sometimes with not a lot of cars in line.
It was alright, I asked for no beans and still got beans but not the worst thing ever. However, the very last bite of my burrito contained a chicken bone shard. Ouch.

This is my first time at Amigos/Kings and Jenn is such a phenomenal employee that she deserves a raise. I’ve heard bad things about amigos, but Jenn changed my mind.

Jenn took our order and also gave us our food she was amazing we had our five kids with us and she even offered to help us fill the kids drinks to lend a helping hand. She was helpful in even spelling out ice cream that came with the kids meals as to not ge them over excited before dinner if I could give her ten stars I would. amazing to see good service is still around and I hope her managers get to see this review pass along how good of a job she is doing
