Kebab meat was hard and cold like it was right out of the refrigerator. If it’s from yesterday, at least warm it up. Rest of the meal was great. Feta fries were delicious.
I love Amsterdam Falafel. I go to the original in Dundee frequently. I've never been disappointed. The falafel, sandwivhes, salads and curry fries are as good as any I've had anywhere. Unfortunately I had a bad experience at the Flagship Commons location today. I ordered the same things,no fries though and it was not as good as we're used to. The falafels were overcooked and for some unknown reason they added mayonnaise to everything. Sacrilege. The guys working there were great. Attentive and friendly, but the food is not up to the standard that's been established in Dundee. Sorry.

I am shocked this place does not have a line going out the door. Their falafel plate and sauces are SO GOOD. I make sure to stop by when I am driving through or visiting Omaha. I have a gluten allergy and it is so fantastic to be able to get quality, convenient food that I can eat. Being nestled into this diverse food court made my meal experience even better. I highly recommend and will be coming back - yum, yum, yum!

This place is amazing. I can always count on them to have a delicious and quality meal that my whole family enjoys. We are all vegan and one is gluten free. They do an excellent job of having both options available. Way to be!

Quality has taken a hit here. Falafels are still great, but the doner kebob meat was cold. Sauces are excellent but the lettuce in the salad had seen better days. Service was prompt and helpful, will try again but it felt like this might have been an off day.

The workers answered all of my questions, and were very friendly. The sandwich that I had was huge and delicious. The hummus was fantastic as well, and everything was served with plenty of pita. My friend had a salad in which the ingredients were so balanced, it didn't need salad dressing.
Vegetarian options: Falafel, salads, appetizer, sides
Parking: It's a giant mall parking lot.

Maybe the worst vegan falafel sandwich of my life. It was dry even with the green sauce and the Falafel was undercooked. The tabouli and fixings were completely flavorless. I also received yogurt sauce despite ordering a vegan sandwich. They remade it but it is still sucked. It fell apart halfway through eating. I ate it because I was hungry but it was very disappointing.

When I order donor salad...I expect the meat to be cut off the kabob. Not have the neat already cut off and in a steamer!!!! Nooooo!! When did you guys change this??? It's the whole point!! That isn't how it's done...?
So I left without my salad!

I went to the mall and wanted a snack so I ordered a curry fries and one pita bread from here. Definitely not worth the money. The pita bread was slightly harden, not fresh. Even the pita bread I buy at Costco tastes better and cheaper than this. Their fries are still good, so I mostly chow down on that. I did find the place to be cleaned, but the person who prepped my food did not wear gloves. He was on his phone prior to me ordering, and while preparing my food touched his glasses then touched my food. That’s gross. No tongs or anything for the fries, just his bare hand. The same with the pita bread. Then I also saw him touching the order screen. So like his hands were every where yet I didn’t see him wash his hands or wear any gloves. I’m not a clean freak or anything that was why I still ate the food and didn’t want it to go to waste but I wouldn’t come back again.

The service was terrible . There were bunch of kids doing the service who where focused on laughing and cracking jokes , while they let the line grow and kept us waiting . We ordered a to go and they gave us a dine

Must not be my day. The food I received was just plain “meh.” It was on a weekend early afternoon after 2, they weren’t busy but steady. I ordered beef kabob sandwich. The presentation was impressive: big full of ingredients. After some digging, I realized the meat was just about three pieces, the rest was all veggie. Not to mention the meat was only warm and dry. The bread was not very good either. All for $10. I used to go to the one at Dundee over 12 yrs ago and it was awesome. Now? TBH I would rather go to El Basha or ramen next door for much better food. That was my first and my last visit.
Absolutely disgusting! There was no identifiable meat! There was literally a ball of brown stuff that I don't believe was meat! Overpriced plus there was a packaging fee!! Go to Chipotle across the street!!!

There was no line at 6pm on a Wednesday. The staff was very welcoming and gave helpful recommendations. I got the combo (curry fries and a drink) for 3 dollars extra, but was surprised when the lemonade behind the register was not covered in the combo. The staff was kind enough to offer me the drink anyway! The curry fries don't have actual curry on them, just a light dose of curry powder. They felt quite dense and heavy, but other than that, they were a standard fries. My sandwich was well sauced and topped with many Mediterranean goodies. It all really hit the spot after a long work day. You will leave feeling fed!
