I'm not sure if I'd go back. The burgers were good, but nothing really special. The drinks were tasty and well priced. The service was truly mediocre and not in a "we're busy and short-staffed" kind of way. We were seated immediately and waited 10 minutes for a server to come take our drink orders, which also ended up being our food orders because we had 10 minutes to look at the menu. About 10-15 minutes later our food came out with the one cocktail we had ordered. After that we sat at our table for over 30 minutes with nobody checking if we wanted another Coke or water, if our food was okay, or if I wanted another cocktail. After 30 minutes we finally caught the eye of the hostess, since we hadn't even seen our server on the floor recently, and asked for a box and our check. She stumbled through saying she couldn't get our check because she doesn't do that and we asked if she could ask our server to bring it. Then she dropped a box on the table as she walked back by without another word. With the number of decent burger places in Omaha, I'm not sure anything stood out enough to bring me back.
Amazing food and great service!
Excellent food and service. The staff handled the entire floor during Friday dinner rush with ease. Kudos to the back of house and the host/server/support craft for a smooth evening meal. It was especially nice to have the manager check in without anyone at my table even complaining. It speaks volumes to be checked in on without cause. I’ll be back soon for sure, even though the “Hell Fire” burger was mild for my taste. Our server tried to talk me out of having the toppings on the burger as it might be to hot. Maybe the temperature scale there isn’t the same as mine I guess.
I love the Cheeseburgers even a little big for light eaters loved the onions and pickles on the burger and the fries r the best I’ve had
Burgers and shakes were delicious!!
Service was good, but pricing is not inline with what you get. My burger was almost 14 and ordered a side of tots for 4. I got a dozen tots.... I know you are also buying labor but for 4 you should be getting a basket of food. The burger was the crab Rangoon one, basically a normal burger with a scoop of flavored cream cheese on it. Block 16 in Omaha has such a better crab Rangoon burger and gives you so much more food for the money!
Went with the family for the first time and oh my goodness. The types of burgers they have are definitely fun. Example: an Uncrustable burger where they use Uncrustables as the buns (we didn't get that though, just thought it was interesting). Our waitress/server was super nice, it was just a really good time.I got the Walking Taco Burger - it was delicious and a bit messy. I also got a Brownie shake to go.My husband got the Jalapeño Popper Burger with loaded fries and a Whopper Malts Shake. He said it was so good he couldn't stop eating them even after he was full.My child got corn dogs, fries, and a chocolate shake. All stuff he enjoys.
Talk about a ripoff… I literally just picked up an order about 10 minutes ago of a “burger flight” which is 3 sliders, a shake, and a “side” of sweet potato tots. The side was out in quotations, because it was $4 and we got 15 tater tots. For reference, that’s over $.25 per tater tot. When we called to ask them if that was the norm, because surely there’s no way that’s a full side of tater tot’s, the manager told my wife that they actually count out 15 tater tots per order. FOR $4!!!!!! So, with that order, and a kids meal of mini corn dog ms and a yogurt, the total was $37.98. Almost $40 dollars for 3 sliders, a shake and a few tater tots and a kids meal.. what a joke… Guess there’s a reason that I live about a mile and a half away and have only been here once before, and will NEVER come back. And judging by the extreme lack of customers compared to every other restaurant in the same plaza I don’t know if I see them lasting much longer.
Stopped in on the way to a Christmas lights show on a recommendation from a friend. We were pressed for time so only had appetizers but man were they great. Can’t wait to go back to try the burgers.
We live in Bellevue, but were in the area and so on a total whim decided to check this place out. I am here to say we will be in the area a lot more now. ;) I had the crab rangoon burger and it is the best burger I have eaten in a VERY long time. Everyone else was happy with theirs as well. Also noteworthy: we got the order to go because we are still a bit covid cautious and LOVE that they have you pay right at the hostess stand!! So great not have to walk thru the whole restaurant or wait around by a bunch of people. In and out..so efficient. Such a great experience from ordering to the last bite!

Staff was great and food was very good!
Best dinner experience we have had in a restaurant. I tell you what, these burgers are something different. They are worth every penny. Beef is excellent and the imagination of the burgers are just exceptional. They have a poutine appetizer that might be my all time favorite. Service was great and friendly. Clean restaurant and great music selection. My family loved this place and we just found our favorite restaurant in Omaha.
I recently discovered this place & LOVE their burgers & fries. Every burger I've tried has been great: taco burger, burger with special sauce. And there's a "cheese bath" you can have poured over your burger, which makes it even more amazing. The fries, you can have with a gravy or another meat sauce & all are wonderful & the sweet potato tots with that honey butter. Also every time we go, we have great service.
Delicious burgers!! We had a great time! A bit pricey but worth it!
Place is a joke if the beef is 100% angus beef they ruin it.
