Always love a night at Applebee's for a quiet stress-free date night.

If I could give this place a Zero Star I would! This was a horrible experience! Our waitress barely checked in on us. There was a Lady training and no one was with her this was during dinner time poor girl had customers getting mad at her and all she was doing is trying her hardest.. The Manager (Dani Adam’s) was covering all her tables, while I ordered the Shrimped Smothered with lemon garlic steak and I had asked for Medium Rare and my steak was still bleeding! I will NEVER be going back!!!

I understand that restaurants have bad nights. But this night, in particular, I waited over an hour and a half for my food to only have it served cold. The manager only made excuses. Unfortunately for this location, it is not the first time that i've had horrible service there. I now understand why all of their locations have been closing

The cheeseburger was good, and the prices were reasonable, but the overall experience was disappointing. The spinach dip was served cold, and the chips tasted old and greasy. The French fries were too salty eat. When we ordered a Sam Adams, the bartender didn’t check which one we wanted, which seemed like an avoidable mistake. Maybe better staff training and a more organized kitchen would help ensure that hot dishes are actually served hot.

Waited 20 minutes seated at a table no one served or acknowledged us. Servers walked by multiple times didn’t even say “I’ll be with you in a minute” got up and left. Would but recommend.

Ordered a drink off the seasonal menu. It was delicious. The food was cooked to order and not complaints there. Yhe breading was way more yummy than i thought it would be. The server was attentive and personable.
Upon being seated in a booth, there was used silverware in the crease of the booth. There were no exterior lights on the outside of the building. We were unsure if the establishment was open.

Absolutely not enough staff even on a slow night. Zero sense of urgency or a desire to serve people in a timely fashion(20 minutes to PLACE a drink order, nevermind the time to receive them. 50 minutes to get a medium rare steak after ordering....
We went in and we were unenthusiastically greeted by the hostess. She had an AirPod in, and I think that’s fine at work, but not when you’re with customers. Unfortunately that set the tone for the rest of our meal.
We were sat at a table that had no light above, it was the one table in the whole restaurant without an overhead lamp, we couldn’t read our menus. Our server moved us somewhere else. Our drinks were great, zero complaints about the drinks at Applebees. The food was bland however.
Not even salt and pepper could save the loaded fries. We both ordered the four cheese mac n cheese, totally different from the menu presentation, when the food runner brought the dish out I almost told her that it must be another table’s food. The breadstick I got was freezer burnt, I think? Very dry, very hard, I didn’t eat it. The noodles and sauce were bland, the three chicken tenders had minimal sauce, no garnish. Totally different from how I remember it. To be fair, that was almost ten years ago, but one piece of the appeal of corporate chain restaurants is consistency and familiarity and unfortunately it matters to me as a customer.
The front of house manager offered to take a picture of my husband and I, I liked that, thank you for offering.
One has to wonder where Applebees will be in another decade, these issues aren’t unique to this location.
Vegetarian options: There are no vegetarian options on the menu, and I can’t speak to how accommodating they may be if you asked for a dish without meat.
