There was absolutely NO social distancing. Packed each and every table and booth. Very slow service. Food was good when it finally arrived. But with them not following the guidelines for social distancing, I felt like I was sitting in a petri dish.

Went here on Sunday for lunch. Amy was a great server and recommended the Bahama Momma, boy was was she correct when she said delicious! I would recommend to all my peers ! For dessert we had the brownie and it was just as perfect. Will def be back soon.

I ordered the steak parmigiana and the steak had too much char too it, the steak was disgusting too eat.

Good, my only thing is I wish they would choose a better cut of meat for their steaks! Seems like every time I order one it's all filled with gristle and fat. Otherwise the food was great and service was excellent. I'm giving it only 2 stars because if the steak.

Great dinner tonight with the fam the waitress was super nice & friendly I recommend this applebees the classic bacon burger was hella f▪︎▪︎king good. ??? and the mago lemonade was also really good ???

I understand that we have a medical “crisis” on our hands and that restaurants are under the gun to stay in business. They are offering to go service. I called Applebees at 8:30 PM and placed an order, they close at 9:00 PM and I got off work at 8:49PM. I gave them my order and she asked me to hold, came back on the phone and said “we don’t have enough ingredients to complete your order. Translation: “we already cleaned the grill and we don’t want to do it again”. That late there is no place to go.

Always has like 10 tables and 4 servers and yet even when we come early evening I have to wait an hour for cold mediocre food. Just sat for 30 minutes waiting to pay. After over an hour and a half (only 15 minutes of those spent eating.) I ended up just taking my kids to the car before I lost it. I’m usually a great tipper and today I didn’t tip anything. Everytime I come the price jumps. This restaurant is a joke. Server was standing in the bar area socializing. Totally unimpressed.

I usually love Applebee's, but on this day, they were very short-staffed and my husband's steak was never flipped on the grill before being served. ? One (amazing) waitress was working all the tables, seating people and bussing tables in between. When you are that short staffed, corporate needs to step it up. Send in your District or Regional to help get through the day. 5-stars for the waitress, 1 star for poor management.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The staff is very rude including the managers. The servers don’t know what they are doing and all have bad attitudes. The managers don’t know what they are doing at all especially the gm. And what I’ve heard from employees is that the management doesn’t care about their employees at all. This applebees is very fun down and honestly shouldn’t be in business with how it is being ran. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

They always seem to be out of what I want. I wanted to try new shrimp bowl, but had to settle for chicken bowl instead. It was good and their chips with salsa I love.

Absolutely the worst experience I have EVER had at an Applebee’s. This is usually a favorite place of mine to eat but I don’t know if I will ever be back to this location. You couldn’t pay me a million dollars to go back. We came in and had to wait for 5 minutes to even have a hostess acknowledge us. Once we were sat we waited for quite sometime when finally a manager came to take our drink orders, after receiving our drinks we placed our food order. Food overall was decent. Food didn’t come out cold but it also didn’t come out hot either. After finishing up eating we waited for our bill for 15-20 minutes servers and the management were no where to be found. Finally we found a server and asked if she could round up our bill. The manager finally brought our bill and we gave her the payment right away. When she brought back the receipts and a box for food she had misplaced our card somewhere and had to go back to look for it. On top of all the service taking forever every single table that wasn’t occupied by customers was filled with dishes, cups, and trash. The whole over an hour that we were there not 1 table got bussed. That is absolutely disgusting to leave half eaten food out on the tables next to other people trying to eat. Never once did they apologize or even try to make an effort to improve any of the service with any of the other customers. We saw multiple people leave frustrated, and even others who never got helped and eventually just decided to leave. There was no reason to have these big of issues when the place wasn’t even super busy.

Took almost 30 minutes to get drinks for me and my 2 kids. Artichoke dip was burnt. Appetizer and entrees came out at the same time. Well, except mine. That came out when my family was halfway through their meals. Bourbon Street steak was supposed to be rare. Came out medium well. Mold on my two year olds broccoli and manager denied it. Definitely never coming back and I'll show everyone the pictures I took of horrible service.
