The lady working to drive through tonight obviously was having a very bad day. it was so obvious. It made me feel bad that I even had her take my order and I didn't even get the right sandwiches. She practically threw the food out the window at me. I will not be visiting this location again.

I can’t say much for Arby’s overall, but I always have really great service at this specific location. Very capable people running the drive-thru, food is usually hot and fresh, and I’ve never had any mistakes with my order. On 9/29/24, at about 1130 I placed an order at the drive thru. After paying, Bryson an employee ask if I could pull forward to wait for my order. There wasn't anyone else in the drive thru. I ask to remain at the window and if anyone else came up behind me I would pull up. Bryson said, "Do you want your food buddy?" I then ask for my money back. Another young man came to the window to refund my money. They were both very rude and disrespectful. I didn't get the name of the second person, but they both need to be fired.

food tasted like vomit it was the grossest thing ever. i’ve never had a classic beef and cheddar taste like that from arby’s i wouldn’t go to this location at all it was just straight up gross

The girl at the front counter I lost the machine and don't remember her name was very friendly and I even showed her how to turn the little ketchup containers into a dipping plate she needs a brave she was more than friendly thank you for your good service

The food was fresh, and the salt on the fries was great. The service was amazing, the atmosphere was professional, and at a steady non frantic state. Everyone was professional and friendly. Also, was another food location that had plenty of parking that fit our camper

Probably the best Arby's we've had in a while. Last few times were pretty good too! It is been hot and juicy and fresh! Same guy was working the window (receipt said Paul?) Forgot an item and ran after me to get it to me! I appreciated that so much!
