They were out of Arby’s sauce and didn’t tell us until we had already paid. This is terrible and the woman was extremely rude. The food is not okay without the sauce it’s dry and nasty and the fries were cold and inedible without the Arby’s sauce.

Potato Cakes!!! Why are these not more popular? Why are we not demanding potato cakes at every fast food restaurant? I'll tell you why because Arby's does them best. They had their doubts. They got rid of them for a minute and then they realized they were awesome. As in Arby's was awesome, which meant they had to have the most awesome side dish back which is the potato cake. It can only sometimes be dethroned by a perfectly baked potato from Wendy's. But that is not here nor there. This is about potato cakes. And they're only at Arby's. So get potato cakes and don't forget the salt. And add a jamocha shake. You've earned it.

If I could give no stars I would. If manager wasn't so high maybe she could understand the order and get it right....after 4 times of giving and repeating to correct my order. Went through drive and had to go inside and get correct food :(

Ordered one Greek and one roast beef gyro WITH Swiss cheese on them. Got 2 Greek gyros with no cheese. Curly fries weren't full at all and weren't curly fries at all. Never coming to this location again and I honestly want my damn money back. 11:40 pm 7/10/25 this happened. Fries were also like they just threw the bottom of the bag in and then let them sit there for orders. Husbands steak and cheese bread was nothing but mush. Fast food workers are seriously so lazy now a day. You seriously can't read gyro and roast beef with cheese? This is why fast food losing so much business. How hard is it to read what people do and don't want with their food to to drop fresh actual curly fries when ordered? Never had this issue with the 84th location, but they close earlier than this one. Now a day it's order food during daytime or don't at all from fast food because they hire people who could care less for night crews. Never again.

This is the best Arbys in town!!!! The people are friendly, courteous, and its very clean!! I had the new Philly Cheesesteak with an orange cream shake. It was fantastic.
Food not hot only the side of cheese drive thru girl not very friendly don't think she wanted to be there not coming back

Basically placed a mobile order 5-10min before I pulled up, was told to park past the window. For 2 sandwiches and 2 shakes.. the young punk kid at 2:30pm decided to just leave and tell no one. So I had to wait 20 minutes and still got cold food. Meanwhile 20 cars got their stuff before I did. These young kids have no work ethic, no respect, and are worthless.
