The staff are always so friendly, food is fresh, hot, and quickly served. I have never had to wait an unreasonable time, even for cook to order items. As a picky eater, I make a decent amount of changes and they always get my substitutions right! One of my favorite Arby's locations for sure!

I went through the drive through Tried to order food, there was a very long line, slow service. When it was my time to order i said i wanted meat for my dog, preferably a number 1 with nothing but meat in a box. I repeated it several times and the employee just made it very difficult. I left saying I'll go across the street to Burger King and the girls reply was i was giving you options.... First off its late, I'm traveling on a bike all day and tired. I told her exactly what I wanted i didn't ask for options. I will not be returning to this location. Many other Arby's locations Ibeen to never had an issue.

Ordered two doubles with Swiss cheese... both sandwiches barely had enough meat to be called a classic... went back to the window and the guy in the window offered to make new sandwiches which really impressed me! But the kitchen refused to fix their mistake... they gave me a little cup with meat in it and told us to fix our own sandwiches...? What a joke... apparently you shouldn't go there on a Thursday night... (7/11/24) The nice guy in the window realized their rudeness and gave us a card for a free sandwich... why not just fix it right the first time... management needs to do some rehab of this location or we won't be back...
During the lunch hour rush I was surprised how fast my food came out after I ordered. Great service, great team.
