The cooks in the back make very uncomfortable and not enjoyable experience at all, loud music and singing in the back while people are trying to eat, very un professional!!!!!

I'm sorry I was stood at the drive-thru window forever cuz they're dining room closed at a ridiculous time and all I wanted to order was a jamocha shake I stood there for half an hour moving out of the cars that have been to the drive-through speaker and of course I'm not fat enough to make those sensors to go off and tell them that there's somebody there to take there order sometimes I wish I was the size of a Buick but I'm not

Ordered a chicken sandwich meal at 11:45 am. There was no line. Chicken and fries were both very cold. Chicken was very small. Curly fries were so over cooked. Very disappointed. Expect more for the price you pay.

Member perks are pretty good. My only suggestion is that they should have the option of picking your online order up at the drive-thru if you prefer. As if today they do not give you that option unless the walk in is locked. Otherwise food is always hot and delicious. I still wish they would bring back Potato Oleś, which is why only 4 stars.

I personally enjoyed pulling up to order my food and received a proper friendly professional greeting at the drive-thru today!! The young lady working the drive-thru what's a true delight and you can tell she enjoyed her job! I actually gave her a tip and told her thank you for a job well done!!I will definitely be spreading the word to others that this is the best Arby's drive-thru in Omaha?
