I went to drive through and I came out with the cold sandwich still with frozen pieces on it. And there was frozen potato cakes. were really cold. I would not recommend this in the customer service. They only gave us a refund or we do it. That's place sucks. Never go there again.

By far one of the worst Arby's in town. Their food tends to not be too bad, except on weekends with the teen workers. That said, I've gotten some truly horrendous chicken from them, so I just can't recommend anything like that from them.

As a plumber I eat all over the place. I hadnt been to this Arbys in a few years, but as soon as the older gentleman went to take my order his voice clicked in my head, i remembered his voice. Hes a very sweet, personable guy and has worked here for some time now. Id come in simply just to talk to him.

Went in to pick up a meal the chicken was over cooked dry and hard as hell bread soggy. The lady that was waiting on me had a adittude and was arguing with other associates. I was assuming she was a manager when I asked for a manager or supervisor a guy came out to help me not the female associate I was later told that she was just a crew member not a member of management. I will drive a little further to go somewhere where I can get my order right and respectful interactions with people. FYI this was not the first time I had to deal with that same rude associate. Arby's didn't care to help resolve my issues when it was brought up to them. Arby's do better!!
