The absolute BEST service I've ever gotten in a drive-thru. Good, clear communication thru the speaker box, friendly at the window, easy exchange of money and food. Fast, fresh and professional. Somebody is teaching these kids right.

The store is less than 2 miles from my house and It got delivered promptly. The fries were too hard to chew, the meat on my roast beef tasted sour like it had been sitting out, and my jalapeno poppers were ice cold in the middle. The only thing I could enjoy from my order was the shake. If I could give zero stars I would, I've made better food over a sterno can while three sheets to the wind. You should be ashamed.

I'm sorry I was told at the drive-thru window cuz they're dining room closed at a ridiculous time and all I wanted to order was a jamocha shake I stood there for half an hour moving out of the cars that have been to the drive-through and of course I'm not fat enough to make those sensors to go off and tell them that there's somebody there to take there order sometimes I wish I was the size of a Buick but I'm not

This Arby's used to be my family's go to since 2001 but the last time I went in with my mom the food was absolutely horrible and barely warm to touch. We both ended up really sick for a few days so I don't think will be going back!!! Plus the workers seem to have attitudes or don't listen about the sauce you'd like with your order etc.Back in the early 2000s it was ran alot better unfortunately nobody cares about work ethic anymore so sad...

Line to order drive thru, however still moved very quickly. I ordered, line to pickup also moved quickly. Order was hot & fast.window lady very nice. Got 1/2 around bld and forgot additional I forgot, back to line, went fast, the "voice" asked. I said before u ask, I was just at pickup & my was fine, however I need 2 more arbys..window lady recognize me . I said my order was fine. Just need 2 more.. she smiled. Each window visit. I was asked -- sauces?. With a smile

Went to Arby's yesterday on 50th and L in Omaha and lemme tell you wanna talk about hospitality and just good old fashioned hard workers!! Now ik it isn't hard to put some stuff in a bag because ik people already reading this are like "hard work" but hard work comes in different forms in different professions! They honestly where just super cool the manager went above and beyond she was just good people the young man at the register was super polite and personable and all around made it a good experience I was having a not so good day and by the end of my visit these guys all had me laughing and smiling I miss the old days I never thought I would say it I sound like my parents but it's true this place was like a blast from the past! These days people just far too often just exist and do minimal and it's just mundane. But these guys made my day it's the simple mall things and I'm this day and age we all are so incredibly over interested in our phones that human interaction isn't the same as it once was! They definitely deserve a 10/10 stars and there bosses and higher ups need to know that not only did they do there job correctly and make sure my special orders where filled and done correctly and when they left something out they promptly took care of it apologized and apologized and I told em we all are human and stuff happens we as people get so mad over stupid stuff it's only right to get excited about small stuff too these people are the reason I would choose them over most places I go if it's ever a choice it's ARBYS OF 50th and L st hands down! And to there bosses and higher ups you guys have a great store over there at that location I had the WORSE experience with the one in Gretna and nearly NEVER spent a $ at Arby's or ver again because the treatment so thank this store and the hard workers yall hired because there gaining lifelong customers because the experience to me is as important as the food! Can't say it enough dope people dope service food was all fresh and best of all they did it all with a smile and super polite and that don't happen these days let's face it people are D;¢/S lol nice to walk into there expecting the norm and end up leaving like man that was like it use to be back when life was a tad simpler and people were a tad nicer a tad more intune (thanks to the phones) just plain NICE!! Hope all them guys working get a monetary pat on the back and have a great day for real CANT stress enough the level of normality and hospitality in there makes me miss growing up these days people are so short spoken rude and don't care these people genuinely cared and did there job and above and beyond there job!!! Sincerely the guy with the slick back grey hair lol it's a joke we had while I sat there!! Lol remember be kind like these people could change someone whole day/life we never know what someone is struggling with and definitely had a shit day and they sent me home rebooted and the food was FRESH AF AND GREAT! Hope all you guys have a blessed day and your higher ups let you know I left this and y'all are doing a great job! Can't stress enough 50th And G to be exact go see em!!!
