I had higher hopes for this Arby's I usually never have this problem but you guys have some nasty looking me and it smells odd. I think you guys need to throw the old beef out that doesn't look good and don't serve it to your customers cuz you're going to get somebody sick and we're going to sue you because of it
I'm also going to add this the fact that you guys want us to fill out this stupid paperwork that don't even work.

Went to this Arby's tonight. They took my order of two sandwiches on three different occasions. Twice at the drive thru and once at the window. Said it would take 5 minutes but ended up taking 25 minutes. And it was just me and one other car in the drive thru. I could tell the person ahead of me was missing something because after his 25 minute wait he had to walk back in the restaurant and grab something that was missed. When I finally received my sandwiches one of them was cold. The incompetence is truly unbelievable.
Made a mobile order, and got in the drive through a couple minutes later. They told me they hadn't received it yet, so to "pull around the front and we'll keep an eye out!". I was sitting out front, twiddling my thumbs for 10-15 minutes past the ready-by time, then got pissed enough to go inside and inquire. What I found was my order just sitting on the counter, and nothing being done about it, despite it not being too busy. I just grabbed it and quietly stormed out, because I was already late. If it wasn't for the taste of the food, this would be a 1 star review!

There's a general manager there named Jodie if you are ever in this Arby's do not allow her to make your food touch your food or deal with your food at all she was scratched in between her legs she will stick her hands in her butt and go straight to the fire station and then get them and eat out of it the district manager is very racism she has very poor hygiene the night crew they will put old food back in degrees and then serve it to customers they don't wash their hands they would digging in their nose they will smoke weed they would do the most and then go right in there and touch your food if you have ever gotten sick after eating at this Arby's you should go to the nearest attorney and if you are in need of an attorney I know just the one that will represent you because this Arby's is disgusting now if you go into Arby's and you see the general manager name Alicia then you can order your food because she is a great person and she has really good hygiene if you go into Arby's and you meet a worker named Ray Ray you can go ahead and get your food from her because she also has good hygiene but for the rest of the workers at Arby's it's unacceptable they shouldn't be working in fast food Arby's people spend way too much money to have to be subject to bacterias and germs like that

This is the Best Arby’s! The gal that does the intercom for ordering I want to give her the biggest hug! She is the absolute sweetest I love her!!! She needs a huge raise a month long paid vacation a free trip everything! She is the absolute best!!!
I usually mobile order because the customer service is just not good. Today I thought it would be nice to have the experience of a fast food place. It was quickly ruined by the lady with the attitude problem. After she rushed through me ordering, as if she was disgusted and appalled that I was ordering; no one else in line.I kindly said "im sorry you are having a bad day but there is no need to be rude to me" she continued to argue with me. However eye rolling, tone of voice and clicking her hands as she speaking IS RUDE! Her coworkers quickly rushed to yell at me that she had a disability and be even ruder to me. Instead of yelling they could Inform, apologies and assist; maybe send her on a break. I walked away not out of embarrassment but out of anger.i was trying hard to be kind and patient but the attitude and yelling at me was just not needed I was simply ordering. As a person on the spectrum I understand being overwhelmed, or over stimulated.... Take a break. However, it does not allow you as a customer facing employee to be rude, mean, or just disrespectful. Disability or not … be kind. Customers who eat at your establishment are the reason your store is open
I'm all for equal right to work, but support the person if they can't handle on their own.. Being kind isn't just for people without disabilities . The food was not worth it. Chicken was burnt.

Finally a piping hot roast beef sandwich! I went during lunch from work, got the sandwich and drove back to work. Went to eat my sandwich and it was still steaming it was so hot. It was a pure pleasure to eat. The staff was fantastic and the ordering was very quick, especially considering it was lunch time. I am truly grateful, impressed, and thankful for this location. Keep up the great job Arby's ?
