This is probably the dirtiest Arby's i've ever walked into. It's not because they were busy.No one else was there when I was but almost every table was dirty. The floor was sticky and dirty.They had a sign saying "caution wet". It looks like someone had previously spilled something, instead of mopping it up they put up a sign. I'm not sure if it will let me post pictures because I did take them sauces drips all over the counter. Honestly, if I had walked through the dining room, I would have walked back out the front door instead of ordering a food.I can't even imagine what the kitchen must look like if the dining room is that nasty. Possibly the reason that seems so bad is I typically go to the one on Broadway in Council Bluffs, that places always spotless. Plus it is always super busy with great service. My sandwich was luke warm and my fries the same... I guess if there's not a lot of business that would explain why things were not fresh. There was no shortage of employees just st those who looked like they would rather stand there then clean. I like Arby's, but definitely will choose a different location next time.

The food here lately is horrible. 2/10/24 paid $12.05 for my meal and never have I ever received such horrible food. This was the early shift around 1pm. I ordered a jamoca shake and it looked like vanilla and all the flavor was at the bottom. Even after I mixed it the shake now tasted like a chocolate shake. I ordered the #1 and my red sauce was literally dripping out the wrapper. Fries of course hard as a rock. Cold. No good. Sorry at $12 a meal someone needs to know.

I have had trouble with this Arby's before, but it is close to my job, so I kept hoping manners and IQs would raise up, but so much for hope. I went here a few days ago, and this poorly trained worker girl named Lexi was very rude when taking my order. Strange that someone in a customer service position would remain in that position despite the complete lack of common sense and etiquette. Sad that the food service and retail industries are so overrun by zombies. A few weeks before this, I dealt with another rude zombie. I won't be returning.

Usually don't review fast food but the customer service was a 10/10 . Everyone was very friendly . I went to refill my soda and thr syrup was out and I didn't even have to ask the kind lady behind the counter was running over to see which one it was. You don't see customer service like this in fast food no more. Glad to see it's still around. Kudos to management and team

Terrible experience. I ordered one thing off the menu, and it took over 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru Lane to get it to me. Yes. I spent over 10 minutes at the window of a drive-thru for one item, that was supposed to be a promotional item even, so you would think that they would be ready for people to be ordering these things since they have pictures of it plastered all over the place. Here's the kicker, when I finally did get the one item, it was burned. So it's not like they were super busy and couldn't get to my stuff, they just forgot about it. I've never seen a drive-thru takes so long for a single item, and then to have that single item be burned.
