Everything was a joke from this person. She kept talking over everyone and wouldn't listen. My daughter is lactose intolerant and they kept getting the order wrong.

2nd review. Drive thru. The computer kept going down. We were patient, she was patient, everything was cool. My kid wants a job I wouldn't mind her working here. Seems like a solid crew.
1st review. Food was hot and great. However they definitely gave me a double not a half pound and I'm not driving all the way back to fix it. Nice customer service though

I asked for a classic roast beef , I get home I got some sandwich I didn't order and cost more so instead of fixing manager gonna say you want the right sandwich 🙃.. no I want the money I spent back since yall upgraded my order

Ordered online. Order ready when I arrived. Got home and found a rueben missing, so called. Lady (general manager) said she knew exactly where in the two bags the sandwich was. The sandwich wasn't in the bag. She said she can't remake or credit. She said she would have to review cameras. I was a restaurant owner for 25 years. Smart service would be to accept blame, remake sandwich or offer credit. I lost my cool. My son saved the day by driving back and was given the missing sandwich.

We received a rather rude drive thru person today, as well as some wrong food. Evidently drinks and food for a family of 5 is too much work and spontaneously turned into 18 people (??) It's lunchtime you should be prepared and NICER!!!

I had the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. Man at the counter was dismissive and rude. I've never done an online order for counter pick up and they mad the experience even more embarrassing to say the least. I will NEVER patronize your restaurants again.
