I had the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. Man at the counter was dismissive and rude. I've never done an online order for counter pick up and they mad the experience even more embarrassing to say the least. I will NEVER patronize your restaurants again.

I did not get what I ordered through the drive-thru. And on top of that I had to wait 8 minutes for my food. But the upscale to that is at the one of the managers gave me a free sandwich card. But when I got home I totally had the wrong food. So I called they told me to bring it back. And then the lady that's making a sandwiches had a terrible attitude stating she made my sandwich three times. So I asked for a total refund of my money because of her attitude so sorry Arby's I won't be going back to you guys for a long time customer service should be a plus

Yum yum yum!! Potato cakes are back forever baby!! 😻😻 Had the ham and Swiss. Miss the sauce on the sandwich that they used to put on it back in the day. I think it's the same as what's on the beef and cheddar
