I came to have lunch at this location and this is by far my favorite Arby’s. The young man who took my order was so patient , kind, and always had a smile on his face. I was unsure what to get and Sesar recommend the steak nugget bowl so that’s what I got and it was delicious!! The food was fresh. I think it’s important to know when you have an outstanding manager like Sesar. Everyone that was working all had smiles and were working together. The lobby and bathrooms were very clean.

I came here with my two little boys, and there was such a long wait. We waited over 15 mins just to order our food. It seemed they had so many online orders to do & Didn't pay much attention to the dine in customers. And then we waited at least 10-15 mins to get our food. The store was clean, but will prob not go to this store again cuz of the very long wait, and they didn't do much to make up for the wait.

There are a lot of fast food places around my neighborhood that I don't go to and will drive an extra 15-20 minutes to go to a different one down the road. This Arby's isn't one of those places. I've never had a wrong order from them, insides always clean and employees are always friendly.

Horribly SLOW. Waited at drive thru speaker for 2 minutes before someone answered. Then asked me to hold and I waited for 5minutes. Decided to drive away and notice not one customer in the lobby and only 1 vehicle was at the window. Very slow service and it is always like this with the night crew.

First…guys, just skip the mac & cheese, you’ll just be disappointed. Yes, thats an item when I see it, I try it. But i’m warning you it’s just plain. The sandwich (chicken cordon bleu) and fries were good and exactly what I expected.

Guy in the back making sandwiches seem like he really didn't want to be there kind of wine anytime in order got put in and the girl running drive-thru also it was taking orders on front counter why another person just kind of lingered around and dropping fried products and then help pack orders but the food was good and it was fresh
