Love this place but please stop being so stingy with your packets of Arbys sauce!! ?You guys are still being stingy - 2 packets for 2 sandwiches doesn't cut it. ?

Classic Arby's sandwich is consistently awesome.... I wish that Arby's would bring back the original Arby's Q BBQ sandwich.... Bold BBQ sauce was the best.This location seems to be short staff in food preparation area ... but when it's finally delivered the order is correct and hot.
Plain disgusted. Would give negative stars if I could. I Went to the drive through around 945-10ish on 2-24-24 to get a chicken sandwich for dinner and should’ve known. By the atmosphere that it was red flags as the employees were rubbing their face , hair & scratching elbows while still handling goods;( anyways received my food and noticed that it was not the NORMAL tasting sandwich just to find out that my food is uncooked & raw. I’m six months pregnant you can only imagine the disappointment. Save yourself the headache and sickness and shop a different Arby’s or not at all!!!!
Placed an online order at this location do it every time and when I pulled up and told them I had an online order they said “we haven’t gotten any online orders thank you” she didn’t even give us a chance to say “we can show you our purchase on our phone on the app” or anything. Normally we have a good experience here but today was just I guess not her day.

Ordered online the guy explained that they don't have anymore turnovers which was fine I asked for cookies in replace and still didn't get those. Then the lady comes to the window all rude saying he handed us everything and then told me they don't have any shakes I ordered a shake as well and was rude about it telling me she can't get me it I have to go in the app for the refund. Then didn't give us our cokes and when I went back through to get them she ignored us so I pulled to the window she wouldn't come up to the window and I sat there for 30 minutes and she still refused to come up to the window. She also wouldn't take the person behind us order and is ignoring everyone now.

Was in the drive through this evening and not only was the food fresh and amazing at 10pm at night the service was just as good! Thank you to the crew that worked tonight!
