Me and my Girlfriend went to this location last night and we were absolutely stunned. How is it that a young lady mikeisha can be better at customer service than most places. 5 stars are not enough to describe her energy,friendliness and positive energy. She is the epitome of what customer service should be. We instantly loved her best experience ever. Someone needs to promote this young amazing woman!!! Mikiesha needs her own store. Thank you ma'am for enlightening our evening we had a blast matching your positive vibes.

ADAM. When a customer walks up to you and says "hi" you don't just ignore them. I see that you're clearly well into adulthood, yet no one has taught you basic manners. I found it so bizarre, that I walked up to the counter, clearly said "Hi" then had Adam ignore me while he fiddled with something at his register, before he said, "What can I get for you" and then I repeated myself with, "Hello" and again, he didn't return my greeting. That then goes from being rude, to downright hostile. This is not Nebraska Nice and you need to be retrained.

10/18/24 Arby's I hope you know the sweet older guy that took our order is the Best!! He has a voice that should be the Voice of Arby's commentating play by play's. What a great experience. He literally made every single customer smile. He mentioned that he won't be at work on Monday due to hip surgury. I pray for a speedy recovery!! Sad I didn't catch his name.

This location is on point. Staff is friendly. My order has always been correct. Food is fresh.
I got the 3 for $5(as well as my guy).. I did the jalapeno roast beef slider (was delicious), the curly fry (they were warm), and the chicken ranch wrap (the whole thing was old, the chicken was hard and cold, the cheese didn't even melt)....I waited at the window for a good bit (no it wasn't busy) so I thought my food was gonna be fresh but it wasnt!! Very unsatisfied....y'all gotta do better!!!

Today was a busy day! I counted 14 cars ahead of me and it went by quickly! The order taker Bob was so friendly! The gentleman at the window had a smile! The ladies behind the scenes had all the food ready for us! We had a rather large order...only missed one fry but we survived! Kudos to the whole staff.

Arby's is definitely a better fast food than some! We used the drive through and the attendant was extremely upbeat and friendly over the mic and when we got to the window. Despite extremely long lines, everything moved all very quickly
Kid-friendliness: The chicken bites are really tasty and the kids meals are cheap compared to other places.
They can never seem to get the orders right, you will spend more time in the drive thru getting your order fixed then you will just ordering the first time. If your have to go here for what ever reason CHECK YOUR BACK I promise they messed something up.

Newly renovated spot! Very clean restaurant, with food fresh & hot within a couple minutes of ordering. Friendly staff made the trip worth it.
