The food and prices are fine, it's Arby's.But in a world of curbside pickups and restaurants trying to lure you to use their apps with deals and so on, why am I punished for using the app at this location?Ordered our food on the app, got in the drive-thru line, and was told I had to go inside to pick up the food? Of course I had already paid via the app so I was pretty trapped.What a trash customer service experience. You should be a bit more considerate towards your customers of you want to keep any.

TheGreek Gyro sounded SO good. What a disappointment. Tasted like it had Italian dressing poured all over it. Some seasoning - couldn't name it- was very heavy. Definitely was not like any other gyro I've had. We won't be going back.
The chicken was recommended to me note I was very skeptical buffalo chick from Arby’s but it was outstanding! 5 for the chickenKid-friendliness: Don’t have kids but the cashier that took our order was wonderfully nice and helpful
As I was standing waiting for my food there was a young gentleman up at the counter who had continued to be patient when everybody ignored him, finally Riley came up and I asked him is anybody going to help this gentleman and he said.I'm sorry , I don't know I'm clocking out. I have things to do. I'm not sure who the manager was but they were ignoring me. Absolutely disgusted with his mannerism. As he was walking away and I was telling him something he shook his hands in the air.

Kids love it and that's the reason we love Arby's. No same shape nuggets here. Roast beef sandwich lovers here. I miss the super version of it. Haven't had it since I was a child. It had a different sauce than the Arby's sauce. Not sure what it was. Let me know if u do.

We ate there on a Saturday night at 730 pm. It was 20 minutes before we received our food. So much for fast food. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and probably have received my food in the same amount of time. The employees moved like tortoises. No sense of urgency whatsoever. The customer service at the counter was horrific. The most unpleasant experience.
We like the fish sandwiches.
