The food here is soo good! Went here with friends and our servers treated us so good. They gave us suggestions for a special dish and it was so amazing. Butter Chicken, Bhagara Bhaigan, and Cheese Dosa of course was great.Kid-friendliness: Our friends brought their daughter and the owner I think stopped by and shared how his family had stayed in our very spot!

There are better Indian restaurants in Omaha. My first impression of the place wasn’t great to start, my husband wanted to try this place a couple weeks ago and we arrived a little before open and we waited a good 30 minutes past the open time and they still weren’t ready so we went somewhere else that day. Come today we decided to try again and give a go at their buffet. Their curry chicken was dry, mostly bone. The basmati rice was crunchy. Most other popular dishes were empty and the chaffing dishes never refilled. The food had flavor but that’s all I can say. The service was strange to say the least and at the end our cashier really rubber necked at the receipt as to see what tip my husband left. Now I’m at home with stomach cramps which I can only point at Astoria to blame.
