This is hands down the best restaurant in Omaha. Their menu changes weekly, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and by far the most elegant and intentionally curated plates in town. Micah took care of us tonight, and was a delight, as are all the other members of staff we have encountered in our multiple visits to this hidden gem. Don't hesitate to try this masterful restaurant!

My partner and I had an excellent experience at Au Courant! We both had the chef's tasting menu, which did not disappoint. The server was top tier. He was very knowledgeable, guiding us through the full menu. One of our favorites was the Swordfish Carpaccio. Our only gripe was the steak was a little over cooked on the edges and the side did not pair well with it. Overall, it was an exceptional experience!

Incredible dining experience at Au Courant. We did the chef's tasting menu (with some augmentation for a pescatarian) & wine pairings. Every bite & every sip was absolutely perfect. Loved the tableside visits by the sommelier & had excellent service by all of the attentive staff. I cannot speak highly enough of Au Courant. This food is delicious art & they are Michelin StarS quality dining. Eat here if you want to enjoy one of the best meals of your life!

Visiting from out of town and this was recommended by several sites, would highly recommend. The tasting menu was really great and just the right size, well paired with the accompanying wine that clearly wasn’t picked out of thin air and good thought was put into the pairing. Staff was really great and the gentlemen that pours the wine is really on top of his game and knowledgeable.

Dined there 09/13. Ordered the Chef's Tasting Menu. Sooooooo disappointing. Every dish was boring and lacked flavor. My date and I agreed we wouldn't want more of any of the dishes that were presented, let alone order them independently. The gnocchi & lamb wasn't terrible but I wouldn't even order that as a main course- it was akin to an Olive Garden entree. The cut of beef was incredibly chewy and tasteless. No one at the tables next to us finished the beef dish either (or many of the other dishes). I ate at a similar place in Atlanta (same prices as well)- it was absolutely amazing- every dish was a flavor orgasm. There are so many amazing restaurants in Omaha, this one, on this night, wasn't in the top 200.
One family of four adults next to us were eating the same dishes, and at one point the mother said, "This is soooo amazing!" And the dad and her adult children looked at her like she was crazy and the dad said, "Compared to McDonald's?" The kids (and us) got a pretty good laugh at that.

We had a fantastic dining experience here. The tasting menu was delicious and offered some really unique flavors. Each dish was delicious and beautifully presented… the wine pairings a must add! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive, and the space was lovely. Overall, a great experience that I’d recommend.
