This is hands down the best restaurant in Omaha. Their menu changes weekly, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and by far the most elegant and intentionally curated plates in town. Micah took care of us tonight, and was a delight, as are all the other members of staff we have encountered in our multiple visits to this hidden gem. Don't hesitate to try this masterful restaurant!
My partner and I had an excellent experience at Au Courant! We both had the chef's tasting menu, which did not disappoint. The server was top tier. He was very knowledgeable, guiding us through the full menu. One of our favorites was the Swordfish Carpaccio. Our only gripe was the steak was a little over cooked on the edges and the side did not pair well with it. Overall, it was an exceptional experience!
Thank you for an exceptional dining experience yesterday evening. Micah was the greatest server, both kind and knowledgable. We cannot stop talking about our dishes of osso bucco and duck confit. Cheers!
