The pretzels are worth the hassle.

Waited 30 for a pretzel. I understand they needed to make a fresh one, but it should not take that long. It wasn’t even busy. When I finally got my pretzel it was burnt. Very disappointing waste of time.

Every time I come, I get ignored for several minutes. They always have me wait for them to make a new batch of pretzels, which is fine, but it takes around 20 minutes and by then my lunch break is almost over :(

Had two wait five minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. Was told it would be a 20 minute wait for pretzel nuggets, even though they had some in the case. Did some shopping came back in about 25 minutes to get cold hard pretzel nuggets

Well I’ll just say this the pretzels are nice and warm and just melt in your mouth you know. The only other concern is how long the service takes you could wait up to 10 or 15 minutes but in my opinion it is worth the wait because these pretzels are amazing (recommend the normal salted nuggets with a normal lemonade) I’m telling you it just hits different! Good auntie Anne’s!

Service was terrible. Two employees were right there and both ignored or didn't approach me. And when I called out one of then said the other would get me. Buy she never did. I don't think I will be returning to this location

Orders thru the auntie Anne’s (AA) app, got a completely wrong order, called them to see what happens they said to cancel thru DoorDash which you can’t since I didn’t order thru that app. You cannot cancel thru the AA app so the manager hung up on me then when I called back, she said she effing told me where to cancel on the app. Why are they cursing at me? Will never go there again.

Really should have someone there with authority with their employees. You have people eating with their gloves on during the time making food you have someone scratching their head near all the work stations. Everything is fun and games it's not treated as a job where your servicing people . Auntie Annes do better
