One of my favorite stops in the mall ! Although wiry everything else the prices have done up so this is a treat more then anything else . Downloading the App will get you points you can use towards free pretzels which is nice . I tend to just order the original pretzel with salt with no dipping sauce . The sauce use to be good but now they give u a pre-packaged container of cold cheese which honestly is not good . The nuggets are good for little hands and they do have family size containers of them which are good to bring home for game day . The staff is sometimes friendly , sometimes not depending on who you are getting and the mood they have that day . Small place where you can watch them make ur up the pretzels through the window . Nice treat if you don't want a lunch but something to nibble on while your walking around the mall .

The employees seemed less then excited to take our order and to be working there. The line was painfully slow to put our order in. The cashier said it would take 10min,which turned into almost 20min. The food Everything was made hot and fresh but nothing out of this world. This place is overpriced you'd think you would get a dipping sauce with a meal deal... NOPE!

Awful. Never had an issue before. Today after sitting down to eat, I saw a old white lady with blonde hair go INTO THE BACK AREA with her chihuahua and set it on the ground. If that wasn't bad enough it GOT OUT INTO THE FOOD AND MAIN AREA! Not only is that a health code violation it's just plain gross and disgusting. Not acceptable and frankly she knew better. I heard her say when the dog got out "Get back into the back you aren't even supposed to be back here."
