Service and atmosphere was just as I remembered, food was terrible and horrifically priced. NEVER AGAIN.

Wonderful place to eat. Onion petals are superb. Steak was seasoned just right and had wonderful flavor. Enjoyable atmosphere and service was fantastic.

I felt like I was on an episode of bar/restaurant rescue.Friday night restaurant was half empty. There was maybe 7 or 8 tables total. My server had 4 or 5 of the tables. Got there at 6:30. Took the server ten minutes to come greet we were ready to order. We ordered right away when she came since it took so long so about 6:40. The ticket on our bag say the order was put in at 7:04. Why did she wait 25 minutes to put my food order in ?! We waited an hour for our food. We had our toddler and baby with so we’re expecting it to be fast since it was pretty slow. Servers looked like chicken with heads cut off running around. They said the computers were down. After an hour of waiting I decided to ask for my food to go. I could see the kitchen staff and wait staff all just walking around at different points. Chef was on the bar line while kitchen was behind. It seemed like no one was working together as a team at all since many people were just walking around as if there was downtime.When I asked for food to go I asked to add an apple crisp she said it would take 7 min but my food was ready to go. 10 minutes I didn’t have my food. I thought wow I could have had an apple crisp too at this point. I had to pretty much demand the food to go.I could tell other tables were unhappy too. There was a couple they left before me and was waiting forever for a to go box. Other tables look. Unhappy as they waited for their food.Won’t be dining again.

The food was absolutely terrible. The steaks are over priced and not tender at all and the fries were so oily that it tasted like that was all it was seasoned with.The waitress I could not believe the service! We weren't even done with our meals and she was removing our plates.

First time trying this out and not very happy with the prices for what you get !! Chicken fried steak and potatoes for $25.00 The CFS was tough and food was cold. Steaks are very expensive and not very tender !! We won't be back !!

It took about 15 min after being seated to receive water. My wife and I both ordered ribeye steaks. Hers was medium and mine medium rare.The steaks arrived, they were dry, seared to crunching on the outside, and near raw in the middle. The flavor was very weak that I required A1 (which is not my norm) to eat.I was hugely disappointed in our visit. Absolutely not even close to the price paid to eat.

Maybe my expectations were too high or I was there on a bad night... Ribeye had a good sear and seasoned well, but wasn't cooked evenly. One side was medium and the other was rare - I asked for medium-rare.Everything else really lacked. The place smelled like grease fire, I had to change my clothes once I got home.The loaded potatoes were bland, and the shredded cheese should have been melted on them (at least somewhat) before serving.The fries were soaked in oil/grease (which sometimes could be a good thing) but tasted like they hadn't replaced the oil in their fryers for weeks. They left a bad aftertaste in your mouth.

Great liver

The Tbone steak was the best I've had in years, service was great Bennet anticipated our needs for drinks perfectly. Prices were about the same as other steakhouses.

Was watching TV when an Austin's commercial came on. We'd never been so left right then. What a pleasant surprise!! Our server Bennett was amazing, friendly, always had drinks or whatever there immediately. We really enjoyed her!! But the food was amazing. My hubby had the T -bone steak that just melted in your mouth!! I had the rib eye that was very good also. The honey Biscuits are worth going for alone. We really enjoyed our selves!! Can't wait to go back!!

So I’ve only had the pleasure of eating here once, and the other two times I have called for an order. They have notified me that they were closed, and I work with in walking distance to this establishment so to have nearly next to nothing to eat with in the plaza and today 1/9 I was met with the server justice that informed me because of business that they were closing. I’m in the same plaza and I have to stay open.
