Food is always fresh and good quality. Been twice now and its definitely an experience i’d recommend trying if you’d like to jump out of the norm. With the hotpot they ALSO have an open grill top you can treat the same way!

I have no idea why people are being so critical, the man that seated us was the kindest ever and was always around if we needed him and got us extra tongs and plates for my party of 4, the food was incredible and there was so many things that i’d never thought id get to try that i really loved, the place looked nice and the seats were comfy which is perfect for when you’re getting full and just want to slouch back. i can’t wait to bring my friends and family here and i’m so excited to try the bbq next!!

I loved it here it was really nice inside the workers were very nice and weren't constantly hovering, if i could give a higher rating i would everything tasted great you got to make your own sauce to dip everything in so you could have your food the way you wanted it, i think it was something everyone should try!

Left feeling disappointed and robbed. Went with a group of 5 people and split the bill, only to find we were charged about $30 per person for less than mediocre korean bbq (we cooked the food ourselves AND only had 1 grill for everyone to share.) This is an insane amount of money, especially for the quality of food we recieved. The waiter was hovering over us the entire time, so it was hard to enjoy our meal. We felt like we were being babysat. I don't recommend this place.

The inside was very dirty. When you’re sitting at the table don’t look up because there’s about 5 years worth of dust on the light fixtures. The tables were nasty. The tables and floor were stickier than a honey bun on the dash of your car on a hot day. The service was awkward because they didn’t speak English. Would not recommend because with the condition and quality of food it is stupid expensive!!!!! I want to pay with my card and the lady that was serving us argued with me and wanted me to pay with cash. That was what set me off and make me want to type this review.

The food was flavorless they barely checked on us and there was cockroaches everywhere
Went there at noon on Sunday and nobody was there and it’s for a reason… why require at least 2 people to dine in? And apparently I asked the girl at front whether it’s Ayce and she didn’t even know this concept…

Let me start off by saying, hot pot is an easy concept. As long as the staff are nice, it could be a really enjoyable time with the family or on a date. We have been there a handful of times mostly for my wife cause she likes it. If I had my choice I don't think I'd willingly go on my own accord. The staff all have attitudes and try to boss you around and how you order. They are repeatedly coming to your table and turning down your pits to where it no longer boils. They roll their eyes at customers and don't know how to actually communicate with people on a level of competency. The food range should be better but it's not. For crying out loud. Spam and thin cheap ribeye. It's honestly sad they can call it hotpot. ?this place needs to train their people how to treat customers. Maybe then it would be just slightly over pleasant.

a few years ago they would keep refilling your items when doing the hot pot .. nowadays you only get 3 rounds and won't refill anything until you go to the next round. Each round they seem to always skip on stuff we asked for.. 3 rounds does not justify the price for the hot pot.. what makes things worse is that they will tip themselves if you pay with a card. Won't ask you , they just tip themselves and choose what they want. Ridiculous
