horrible service! Never served us or asked us what to drink. Sat there for 30 mins, everyone else was getting attended to and acted like we were invisible. 5 groups were attended before us and we got seated before any of them arrived !! not even a glass of water!!

Recently came and had to walk out after having the worst experience after being sat for 30 mins didnt receive no attention and saw multiple tables get attended before us that came in after us and made us feel ignored and felt like we didn’t belong there. Don’t come to unless your skin color is not white .

We love Blue at all locations, but this location is our favorite. Big open space, good atmosphere, quiet enough to enjoy your company over the other guests, the staff is friendly and well versed in their menu. Always a wonderful experience and the Sushi is some of the best we have ever had.

Carmy was our waiter and we received decent enough service until I asked for extra wasabi, my hubby likes it spicy! And Carny picked up and dropped off a nasty attitude at our table. When we received our refreshers I do believe I saw SPIT in MY DRINK. I enjoyed my hotel Cali and crunchy LA to pieces but that experience made it difficult to have a good rest of our dinner. Ronald and I will NOT BE returning. Thanks Carmey.
