Food was very good and bar service was good. Had to go up to bar to order drinks and food. Somewhat inconvenient. Good people though.

First time, I won’t be going back,
At least not for food. Everything was over cooked, I would say in the burned side.
The only thing I like was the beer.
Service was slow even tho they were not bus.

We had takeout this evening and it was a big miss. The pizza was doughy and undercooked. The toppings were either flavorless or too many peppers on the Cadillac overpowering each bite. I will try to salt and bake it hoping that it is edible.
We have had takeout several times from here over the past couple of years-this is the first fail.

Backlot Taphouse has a great beer selection and tasty Detroit style pizza. The meatball pizza was perfect. It's such a chill vibe with a great staff. You order at the bar so make sure to grab a menu before choosing a table.

Great casual atmosphere for catching up and trying a few interesting brews. Detroit style Pizza is the rare extra bonus.

I stay in this area whenever I travel to Omaha and always stop by Backlot for the wonderful pizza and wings. Brought the spouse this weekend, Joe at the bar showed us a good time while sitting at his rail. We went elsewhere in the area on our second day in town and none of the bartenders could top Joe along or the food and beer at Backlot. I will be back every time I am in town!

My happy hour beer came to $8.21 that is more than I spend on a regular price craft beer. Expect super high prices when you come here. You're paying for the location the patio the live music that you can hear in the distance.

The pizza is solid and the selection of beer is excellent. The place can get a little loud for conversations but overall good experience.
I love their Signature 313 French fries!!! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere for anytime of the day.
Honestly, I’m surprised this place has such amazing reviews. For $60 we got worse quality than little ceasers pizza- something tasted VERY off with the 4 cheese pizza as well. My husband and I both couldn’t eat it sadly, and that’s coming from a not picky couple. The beer cheese and fries were good though! The buffalo pizza had no sauce, just cheesy bread with chicken on top and drizzled with some buffalo and blue cheese. This establishment ONLY sells pizza and burgers for entrees, so I was a bit disappointed that the pizza was nearly inedible. The atmosphere vibe seemed that we would get waited on but instead the single bartender working delivered everyone’s food while the rest of the workers hid in the back.. Idk for $60 I would definitely have just gone to DJ’s Dugout next door and gotten something way more quality while getting waited on.
May be the best pizza in town. Try the Cadillac with extra cream cheese.
