Honestly, hands down the best service and staff at any hotel I’ve stayed at in ages. The room was really nice, the amenities were great, and every single staff member I interacted with was outstanding and so kind. We had to shelter in the basement because of tornadoes and the staff went above and beyond, bringing chairs down for everyone, snacks, water bottles, and checking on everyone and keeping us all updated as massive storms went through the area. Great food the rooms are nice but the lighting is horrible they should have at least one lamp that is dimmable the lighting is hip but not practical or inviting in a room setting also be prepared to walk a mile to your room
