We had a blast hanging with Nate on our recent trip to Omaha. He is an awesome bartender with a great personality. Make sure you check him out when you're in town!

Honestly, hands down the best service and staff at any hotel I’ve stayed at in ages. The room was really nice, the amenities were great, and every single staff member I interacted with was outstanding and so kind. We had to shelter in the basement because of tornadoes and the staff went above and beyond, bringing chairs down for everyone, snacks, water bottles, and checking on everyone and keeping us all updated as massive storms went through the area. Next time I need to be in Omaha, I know where I’m staying!
Nothing special, there was a conference, so I decided to grab it to go. Burger was decent, more time is spent on the description than the seasoning of it all.

I ordered room service at 11:20am on a Monday and the food was at my door in 20 minutes! I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger with fries and a side Caesar salad. The meal was hot, the salad was fresh, and all was delicious.

breakfast and lunch were fine, but the dinner I had was spectacular. I had the filet with mashed potatoes and asparagus, and the mashed potatoes were probably the best I have had in many years. The steak was also done exactly as I asked. I wish I had tried their dinner earlier in my stay!

Would not recommend. Expensive (like most hotel restaurants) and very poor service.Seated myself and though it was morning and no one else was waiting to be served, the two 20-something year old guys behind the bar (+ much older lady who may have also worked there but could also have been a cleaner and was dressed in a grey uniform???) continued talking and carrying on for awhile. No one came over to provide me with a menu.Eventually (7 minutes later?) I got up and went to the bar to ask how to order. I was told to order at the bar and pay in advance. Strange, but I did it. The older lady brought half my order and when I asked for the rest she asked what else I had ordered. Shortly afterwards, a couple came and sat in the booth behind me and one of the young men from the bar pounced on the table with menus in hand and a spiel about breakfast hours. So proper service *was* possible after all. I had already tipped 18% when I paid, though I regret that because no service was rendered, as I was simply ignored. Including tip, I paid over $18 USD for a small bowl of regular ol' oatmeal with a couple of almonds and couple of blueberries + MinuteMaid juice with 45g of sugar (not what I ordered).I had looked forward to ordering something new from the BarRoom everyday, but opted to skip this place after my one and only visit. There are plenty of other restaurant options within walking distance, so check those out instead if you want good food plus good service.

Great food the rooms are nice but the lighting is horrible they should have at least one lamp that is dimmable the lighting is hip but not practical or inviting in a room setting also be prepared to walk a mile to your room

Absolutely terrible. Slow, cold, bad food. Mistakes on everyone’s order. Just a disaster. Even if it’s 100 or zero degrees outside, just walk somewhere.

This place is very hit or miss, stayed here for almost 8 days, had breakfast every morning. First time I tried the benedict, they were very good, few days later, I ordered it again, this time, eggs were undercooked and very runny, pull pork was more pork gravy than anything else, ended up with what looked like 2 blubs of mush. Other meals were the same, sometimes good, sometimes bad. I ate here for the convenience and to use the hotels $15 daily voucher but there are better choices in the area. I had the corn beef once and it was very good. Its just not consistent.

If I could give a 1/4 star I would no service since you order off your phone cold food over priced with at least an hour wait for your food waiter dumped 1 of our plates didn't replace it which we really didn't want the plate I will never go back I would eat anywhere but there or starve either or would work for me before I eat there againSincerelyRonda

It was handy to have this hotel restaurant readily available after an extra long day of meetings. But you pay for convenience! First off, it was confusing to order - finally figured out that you have to scan a QR code on the menu and essentially do a takeout order. You're supposed to put a table number on your order so they can find you - but if you're at one of the tables without a number, what to do? The bartender suggested that I do a pickup order instead, so I did. Then how to determine if the order is ready for pickup? Fortunately, the bartender took pity on me and said he'd bring it over when it arrived. But they didn't provide the glass of wine I had ordered (and paid for) - so the long suffering bartender had to go get that for me. Thank goodness for him, at least! The food itself was as you might expect for takeout - sandwich with soggy bread.
