I ordered a cake for my daughter's 10th birthday and it was amazing. I will definitely order from them again.
Sydney Sweeney drink and ice cream are to die for. Employees were nice and fast and helpful!

It was very good, they gave us a pup cup for my puppies š¶ so nice employees and ice-cream tastes delicious š
We were excited to find a Baskin Robbins and having it attached to a Dunkin- even better. But like every Dunkin, they were out of the everything cream cheese filled mini bagels which is so frustrating. The ice cream cone and milkshake we got were good. Parking is pretty atrocious though.
My daughter loves the polar ice pizza for her birthday. She enjoys the cookie and cream flavor serves 8. Makes any party a hit.
Terrible customer service. Out of everything I ordered over an hour before close. Terrible job will not be getting from them again. Everywhere else is better than this terrible place
Lots of variety, reasonable prices
Really thought the outside of the cake was pretty. They didnāt capitalize the H and B for happy birthday but still okay. Also ordered mint ice cream and it was blue? Overall good cake but dry and crumbly as well so feeling iffy about it.

This place needs new management. Every time we have gone in there itās been filthy. The last time we went in, there was literally broken up donuts all over the floor. We came in for ice cream and there were only half the available flavors. They were just simply out of everything, including spoons! We turned around and walked out. And as we were leaving, I realized the door was so filthy I didnāt even want to touch the handle to get out of the place. Trust me we couldnāt leave quick enough and will never go back.

Ice cream itself was okay. Tiny over-priced scoops. The place is a pigsty. If we had stopped and looked around before ordering would have bailed. What owner tolerates this? Big time one and done.

The ice cream is good for chain ice cream. The resturant is beyond dirty and sticky. If they kept up with the seating and floors this place would be busier.
Tonight I got the pralines and Cream in a dish and after they handed it to me the told me they were out of spoons, and gave me one of their taster spoons to eat my bowl of ice cream with. My husband commented "oh you should get that on a cone instead" no offer from staff to put my ice cream on a cone. Just a taster spoon!
We observed from the comfort of our un-sticky car, that employees had the parking right in front of the store taken up with their personal cars. Odd business mode. ?
If you go here, make plans to take your ice cream to go.

Personally, I felt the store could be cleaner, finger prints everywhere on doors, and tables. I felt the prices were very high. Believe it or not, on a weekend, Father's Day, no Wafflecones! Someone obviously did not do their inventory. The sugar cones are not the same, very small, and more like a fortune cookie recipe. Some of the large ice cream cartons they scoop from had melted ice cream on top. We use to always go to BR when we were little. Not at all what I remembered.
