Chicken was very crisp and juicy inside.

But the one I ordered didn't have a lot of flavor. Maybe another flavor would be better, but I don't see myself trying to find out at the prices they charge.

I was turned away when the hostess informed my friend that everything on the menu had shellfish.

I'd understand if like, one of your signature sauces had oyster sauce in it and they couldn't have it that would be fine sometimes it sucks to suck. But for your ENTIRE menu at a restaurant that doesn't serve Shellfish to contain such a common allergen is stupid lazy and irresponsible.

I give 2 star cuz the chicken was good and I came back for my second time. I always do sauce on the side for my chicken cuz I want to keep the chicken crispy. Ok this is my story with this place, I ordered chicken with sauce on side for to go, probably the server didn’t get the part I wanted the sauce on the side, when I got home open the box saw the sauce and chicken mixed together and I call back to the restaurant and the owner answered the phone, I am not sure if they were so busy or something else, the owner had no patience with me , he might think I want the free food( understand), he said he checked the video and I didn’t say sauce on side , I told him I positive I did say sauce on the side, cuz I always do the same way no matter where I ordered the fried chicken, I couldn’t remember what he said over the phone for his last word, probably‘I am done with you’ then he hang up on me. Then I grabbed the chicken drove to the store. I was talking to him nice I bring the chicken back , I didn’t touch them, he still blamed me on I didn’t say clearly about the sauce on side and he was not even try to solve the problem , just throw the food into the trash and say I give you refund and never come back! Honestly I was so pissed after I saw his reaction like that, I was yelling at him to complain his attitude, that was rude and unprofessional and I apologize to them, I lost control of myself at that moment, but as a restaurant owner do you really treat your customers like that ? I understand how busy you were but that’s not excuse for being rude to your customer,Simple thing why make a big deal? But anyway chicken is good tho , good luck boss.
