Everyone loved their dinner choices and our service was excellent! This is one of the few restaurants where I can guarantee that everyone in our family (from age 22 to 88) will be able to find a dinner choice that makes them happy.
We had a reservation for 5:30 pm and were seated promptly. It took about 20 minutes for our water and soda and to place our order. At 6:30 our waiter stopped by to say the kitchen was backed up and it was going to be a while for our dinner. About 7 pm was his guess. (This was a Saturday night, but some tables were empty.) We had to leave because we had tickets to the Symphony downtown for a 7:30 show. Their food is very good, but it's not the first time that we've had a long wait. An hour would have worked but 1.5 hours (from time of reservation) is not acceptable.
As a lifelong foodie and former chef, Beacon Hills has one of THE BEST menus in Omaha! Food is so meticulously done but NOT fufu. Drinks are off the charts amazing and full of flavor...not just ice!
An overall excellent experience. Quality service with outstanding food. Burgers were cooked to order with our party ordering burgers from rare to medium well...all executed perfectly. Fries nicely seasoned and hot. We took full advantage of their Sunday burger special and beer special...thanks for that! Will be back to try other menu items!
Great location, across the street from the Baxter arena and the neighborhood is lively with lots of places to shop or eat and drink.
Food and service at Beacon Hills are consistently good. It's a wonderful restaurant I go to often and highly recommend.
We had dinner at Beacon Hills recently and decided to book the party room for our son’s rehearsal dinner. We could not have chosen a better venue for the event. Working with Beth in planning and working out details went smoothly. We were very impressed with wait staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Food was excellent!!! Thanks to all!

Consistent upper end fare perfect for business lunches.
Parking: The street parking is hit and miss, the garage parking is free but involves a walk.

Great place and service. One of the few places where the salmon was cooked is perfect. Outdoor patio is a must on a nice day and over price was affordable.

I ate dinner here for the first time with a group of 8, and it was a great experience! The service was amazing and the food was excellent! We had the meatballs and hushpuppies for appetizers! I could've just eaten the hushpuppies! For dinner, I had the Cajun Salmon Alfredo, and it was delicious!

I’ve had the pleasure of dining with Beacon Hills several times. I have frequently visited for lunch and dinner as well as attended events there and the service continues to be outstanding, along with the food. The staff is second to none and the food is impeccable. My meals have always been top notch and the selection makes it easy for anyone to choose what they’re craving. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone asking for a recommendation.
Dietary restrictions: I have Celiac’s Disease and the staff is well versed on the requirements and makes accommodations as needed.

I've eaten here before but the last time we went, we waited over 25 minutes before getting waters or greeted on a slow night. No apology or warning that they were sort staffed and it might be slow service. We left before ordering.

We were visiting from out of town and thought we would try being it was fairly close to our hotel. Really bad service. We ordered homemade croutons for our salad which you have to order extra. When the salad came we didn’t get them because and had to ask our waiter a couple times. It took a really long time and No wait staff was seen anywhere. We ate the main course and still the waiter didn’t bring. When he finally did he said “ I have to be honest another table needed drinks and they seemed like more of a priority.” I don’t want to whine about a minor thing but he also told us he partied the night before and was tired. I hope this isn’t his career job!
We came for a girls brunch date and had a fantastic time. I ordered the crab cakes, which came with fries and coleslaw. The crab cakes were perfectly portioned—small, two-bite size—with a slightly sweet aioli that complemented them beautifully. The fries were thick and crispy. I was pleasantly surprised by the coleslaw, which had red peppers in it, although it was more of a salad slaw than the mayo slaw I'm used to. Still delicious.
The service was great as well. Our server was attentive and patient, even though we took our time ordering and lingered after the meal to chat. I never felt rushed. The atmosphere is clean and inviting, which made for an overall enjoyable dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!
