We had a wedding reception and ordered Best Burger's food truck for the main meal. From the beginning and through all our interactions the owners were professional and prompt with their communications! It was an incredible and fun option for guests to enjoy a local Omaha business. The food was delicious and we got compliments from the guests throughout the night. I highly recommend working with Best Burger and their food truck if you have an outdoor event!

I ordered 40 minutes ahead, and the single burger i ordered wasn't done. My burger was very dry. My co-workers ordered a single burger each and waited 40 minutes. My one co-worker had a hair in his. They also didn't bring out the right sauces. Also gave us the wrong reciet and mis priced the water on the menu, which says $1.50 and they charged us $2.00.

Terrible signage to even try and find the place. Walked in and out up and down and all the way around just trying to find it. Wasted a good half an hour looking for it so I asked the coffee shop employees where it was and it's not even open even though Google says it's open until 3. I was excited to try their food since I live up north in a food desert and now I'm in the middle of nowhere after wasting time and gas trying to support a local business. How about you update your hours on here? Might try to come out here again some other time but why would you waste a potential customers time like this. You need more signage for people to find the place no matter if it's open or not. Get it together.

I heard about him on the radio sat on npr. He's about as nice as he can be. Universal has the best burger I've eaten in a very long time. Fresh made when you order brings it out to you. Fries are very good try them before you salt or pepper them. He also has a food truck that serves almost every thing he has here. Parking is fine and this place is very easy to find. I will definitely return very soon.

I love their burgers. Every time I'm anywhere near there I go there for lunch. Nothing wrong with the atmosphere, it's a food hall so ambience isn't expected. The burgers have char, the buns are soft, and the cheddar over Swiss is great. They also have sweet potato fries which are enough for a meal on their own
