They charge you extra for using a credit card and don’t tell you.

I got my oder and not everything that was suppose to come with it didn't. I asked the cashier to scan my phone for my rewards, she told me that I'd get the points after I ran my card and there's no need to scan the code. Well I didn't get my points due to her negligence.

Huge portions, the food isn’t the best in the world but it’s great for what you get. If you’re interested, I’d say give it a try

We had our team baseball dinner in the private room here. Leading up to the event, the manager, Anthony, was easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. The price was VERY reasonable and we had food leftover. The wait staff were very accommodating and did a great job taking care of a team of 14 year old boys and their parents. The pizza was delicious, along with salad and apps! Everyone left so full and content. They allowed us to bring in cupcakes for after pizza. The atmosphere was family friendly and the boys had a blast!

The waitress was terrible. A very bad experience with her. Was rude to my mother in law and my wife. Not ok at all. But I still gave 3 stars due to the manager by the name of Heather taking care of us after we left. She called me after having someone take my phone number and gave us a full refund. We were NOT going to return..... But due to the kindness of Heather and reassuring us this will not happen again, we are going to give this cozy restaurant another try. Thank you Heather. We appreciate your kindness and understanding.

We had a retirement/birthday in the party room. It was perfect!
Setting up the arrangements was easy, the service was amazing, the cost was affordable, and the food was delicious. A great time was had by all!

First time here and Pam was the best to work with! Great pizza and friendly staff. Will be back for sure!

Love the service here. When the manager came round he had a genuine air about him. We could tell he cares greatly.for the restaurant!!

Told it would be 30 min. Ok. Went there and waited over an hr for the food. Horrible service, very rude. Been there 3 times 2 of the times were awful. The wait time is really really bad. Won't be back!

This is the only restaurant I miss after I moved out of Omaha.. every time I come back I gotta get me a salad & a pepperoni pizza, so gooooood!

The food is okay, but the service was awesome. Our waitress/server was, I believe, Heather? She was so nice, patient, and accommodating.

Parking: There are many parking spots, but most of it is on a somewhat steep hill.

I've been here a few times before and received a first responder discount when I asked or was in uniform, but the this time I went I was told they give a discount for only police that are in uniform (I am an EMT and was in uniform). I thought it was weird but okay.

After taking our order the waitress didn't come back to our table for over 30 minutes, a different waitress brought our food - I asked her when they stopped offering EMTs/firefighters discounts and she said they didn't stop. A few minutes after I just got called by my supervisor and asked to go to my base station to cover. Then I had to ask someone else to get the check and boxes because our waitress kept avoiding our table.

When we went to pay at the take out counter (because our waitress didn't come to take our check) it was a 10% discount (usually was 25% before) I asked when that changed and she said that they gave me a promotional discount because that's how our waitress put it on the ticket. She was kind and apologized and tried to change it, but couldn't without getting a manager. I was in a hurry so I told her not to worry about it.

TL;DR: Good food, very inconsistent service and some of the wait staff (not all) were inattentive and rude. Some of the staff was kind and tried to help, but weren't able to because of the former.
