Always great food at a good price. Friendly service with a great old school café atmosphere.

Great place for breakfast or brunch. Servers are attentive and give good service. Prices are good for the amount of food. Menu offerings are routine diner choices. We visit about twice a month. Good coffee is a must for diners and Billy's has decent coffee.
The atmosphere is nothing to write home about, but that's not why we like these diners.
One complaint may be that the bathroom needs more attention. A couple times it's been a bit on the filthy side.
Overall we like it here and we'll keep coming.

Poor service, long wait and food was luke warm. Took my mother there after her doctor's appointment and she was disappointed as well 😔 appeared that the regulars got the best service

Very small portions. Only the middle of my omelet had any filling. There are way better breakfast places. The bathroom smelled like sewer.

The service was just okay. I walked in and was standing there like an idiot for a little bit until I was told to sit anywhere.
The place was overcrowded I only got a spot to sit since I went only with my baby. I was not given silverware but I seen the regulars got the best treatment, I’ve never seen that before because how are you going to continue to get new regulars.

The food was not great at all. I got a waffle that was not crispy and kinda gooey in the middle. The sausage was just okay and I also got eggs that were cooked perfectly as what I wanted, but they tasted like cheap eggs.

They only accept cash or check which is a huge turn off.

Overall it felt like a big waste of money and I could have gone to my next door neighbors for a better breakfast.

I will not be coming back.

My husband and I wanted to find a cute new Sunday breakfast spot that we could go to on a regular basis. We actually get food quite often from the Phoenix next-door and they have been always absolutely amazing to us so We had wanted to try Billy’s Cafe for a while and this morning we finally went. Well, that was a HUGE MISTAKE !!

When we walked in no one greeted us. We just got yelled at from the back of the restaurant “ Go seat yourself”. My husband and I were kind of taking him back, but we figured they were just busy at the moment. After we sat down, this older lady came over and asked if we wanted straws we said yes, and she put down 1 straw for The 2 of us. . . After that, we went to order. I ordered my food and then when my husband went to order his food he asked for toast with his eggs and our waitress pretty much yelled at him and said “ They don’t come with toast” And we asked if we could add it and she then said “ We will take the meat off”. We were completely taken back Because we just wanted to add a side of toast. We didn’t want to push it anymore because we don’t like confrontation so we just dropped it from there. When we got our food The waitress asked if we wanted ketchup and completely ignored my husband when he said yes. When she came back to our table and I said yes, we did want some ketchup and then I also asked for a straw for my husband. She made a rude remark of “oh, you didn’t want it before”. . . . She came back with the ketchup and the straw. After only 2 minutes Later she came back with our bill and she took my husband’s straw (because I guess there is a time limit. You will have to put your straw in your cup.)

After we ate, I put my debit card on the table and our waitress glared at us and made another rude remark and said “we only take cash”. So I then went to the gas station and got some cash (I am not paying no convenience ATM machine lol) while I was at the gas station for 5 minutes my husband was at the table with my Purse. My husband said a couple minutes before I walked in our waitress, said to him “ What ? your wife couldn’t figure out the ATM” My husband did ignore her at this point Because it seemed she was looking for a reaction from him. She then said in a more aggressive, louder tone
“What? Is the ATM broken or something?” I was walking in at this point so I put the cash on the table and we left.

This has to be the worst experience we have had at a restaurant ever. We were treated so poorly, and if you are not a regular there, you are not a person. There seems like there is no respect for customers there. We are still on the hunt for a new breakfast Sunday spot!

We know these things seem minor, but when you add them all up And the attitude of our waitress you just realize the whole experience from start to finish was terrible.

My new favorite place. Their raisin French toast it the Bomb. Their burgers melt in your mouth and leave you craving them a few days later.
Times to avoid is weekend if you want an enjoyable place to chat.
The building is small but cozy and sometimes loud on the weekends.
No complaints and will recommend to my friends ?.

The food was fine, you get what you pay for and it was affordable but they only take cash which is poorly advertised near the handle of the door where it's barly visible. The server did not inform us either and was slow to help in any way. Over all I would not recommend. Save yourself the ATM fee and go to a IHOP or anywhere else.

Wild have been nice to know that it was cash only, but I guess that was our fault for missing the sign on the door. Other than that, the food was bland, the best part was the syrup which was also not good.

The regulars really made this place pop. Everyone seemed to know each other and it gave the atmosphere a more family vibe. The food was great with decent portions too.

Kid-friendliness: My buddys kiddo is starting solid foods and had blueberries they gave him. Also have high chairs.
