It was pretty good. The hash browns were a little bland. But everything else was great. I was really happy that they had oatmeal that wasn't instant.

The food is amazing and the pancakes are delicious. The service was excellent too. The restaurant is not loud and is a calm place.

It's cash only. But they have an ATM in the restaurant that will charge you $2.50 to get your money and then your bank will charge you $2.50. so there's that. Just a diner. The server that served us was sweet though.

My favorite breakfast places were closed this morning and so I found myself driving about town looking for something new and different. I found that in Billy‘s Café on 50th and Grover. Tucked away into a strip mall beside Family Fare supermarket this little hole in the wall delivered to me one of the least appetizing looking meals I’ve seen in some time. Fairly simple order of two eggs over, medium with sausage patties, hashbrowns and wheat toast with a short glass of milk. Best part of this breakfast was probably the milk. Coffee was nothing to speak of. Breakfast came served on a chipped (the size of a quarter) plate I could have easily drew blood on one of my fingers. I did not. Sausage patties were thin and dry. Wheat toast was mis-cut and slathered with what I presume was butter but by color I could not tell for certain. Hashbrowns were decent. Never been served breakfast so fast and out the door as the atmosphere was not comfortable or inviting. Definitely not a place I would recommend or will go back to. Last I forget, my server Lindsay was very pleasant.

Stopped in for breakfast while visiting Omaha. Food was pretty good besides the greasy undercooked hash browns and coffee that tasted like water with cream in it. Our waitress was nice. Would give it a second chance.

I dropped a friend off for interview. I searched for a breakfast spot near 42nd st. The first place I knew but was gone when I got there. Then I found Billy's and was wondering where it was when I was sitting right in front of it. I would never think such a great place would be hidden next to a super market. Great food reasonable price laid back atmosphere. No one appeared stressed. Been there three times and about to go again. Its now mine and my friends go to spot for breakfast or brunch

Went by this spot yesterday morning for breakfast. I’ve been to this location before but it’s been a few years. I was saddened to discover that the food was worse than school cafeteria food. My boyfriend’s bacon was clearly microwaveable bacon. My sausage patties were most likely frozen and thrown on the grill top. Eggs were eggs. Toast was soggy. The French toast was almost raw and barely browned on both sides. Our food also came out in less then 5 minutes which we were shocked by because there restaurant was basically a full house. The breakfast was also $25 which I thought was steep for the quality. Fast food is almost better than this. I’ll stick to going to Jimmy’s egg price is about the same but quality never changes and consistently good breakfast!

I’m so grateful about this restaurant. We had a family trip to Nebraska and this was our first stop. Surprisingly one of the customers was excited to interact with us and after our meal, the server informed us that the bill was already paid. This was the first time this has happened to me. Am grateful for this restaurant

Nice place visited by locals. The food was good but nothing outstanding. The prices were good. It is a classic diner.
