If you're looking for an old school cafe style breakfast spot, Billy's Miracle Hill Cafe is for you. Billy's has all of the typical breakfast menu items you're accustomed to. I opted for the chicken fried steak potato platter. A bed of cubed extra crispy browns with pieces of chicken fried steak, onions, mushrooms, and cheese. Gravy comes on the side (wish it were scratch made but it's right from a bland gravy packet). Overall average flavors and an average meal. Service was the star of the show here, our waitress was great and attentive. The food here isn't going to blow your socks off but at least you don't have to do any dishes!

Decided to go here due to AJ's being closed on Sunday. Service was prompt, a lot to choose from. Always check the daily special more bang for the buck. Got a veggies omelet hash browns and English muffin. Omelet was good not the best I have had but it worked. I'm not normally a hashbrowns type of guy, but these actually are pretty, decent. They weren't as greasy as many places the English muffin was a little bit small over toasted. This is one of those quaint little routine spots for regulars. Word of the wise don't sit yourself near the door in the winter

Billy’s Cafe is tucked away in the row of businesses, almost missed it. It’s a smaller cafe with office style lighting vibes (too bright). It’s CASH ONLY which is a total pain, but for convenience you can use the ATM inside.Welcomed by lady immediately. Plenty of seating at 12:40pm. Menus have two sides, basic food options. Menus need cleaned as they were nasty - sit on table / wall and never get moved.Immediately received drinks and constant refills - excellent customer service from lady. I could have done without watching guy cook food or lounge on same counter finished food would be placed.Side salad is very basic, with three dressing choices.Fries appeared baked - delicious. No salt.Grilled chicken sandwhich would have been perfect, however, it was charred on top that when taking a bite, it was more of tearing it, while the sandwich fell apart. No flavor or seasoning. Wasn’t dry or juicy — basic.Philly cheese sandwhich - basic, ok.Overall, service is excellent and very friendly.Food, ok. Serviced quickly.Price - decent for what you get.

Step back in time, feel satisfied and get a puffed belly. It'll be filled with old fashioned delights in a quaint atmosphere, and a well deserved feeling of a moment captured from the forgotten past. Absolutely delicious food. I love this place.

It's always worth a stop at Billy's. The food is always delicious and freshly made, and the service is phenomenal. Never have to wait for a refill and always right there if you want something else added on. Just remember your cash as they don't take cards... but have an ATM there if you do.

Absolutely horrible! Paid $10 for an omelette with three meats and cheese. I got the worlds smallest, thinnest omelette. 4 bites and gone. Literally. Billy’s had gone way down hill.

Great food. Right in line with the chain.

Classic diner atmosphere, with good service and good food at good prices, which isn't typical anymore. The biscuits and gravy are good. I can't swear that the sausage gravy is made fresh, but it's tasty, unlike places where it comes out of a can and starts to congeal as soon as it begins to cool. The biscuits are up to the task, flaky and delicious. The coffee is good and the server kept our mugs fresh and hot the whole time we were there. And they're open at 6:30, so there's time to enjoy breakfast and still get to work on time. Great spot.
