Overall the food is really good no complaints there. But the location at flagship commons apparently has a rule if you order food at the counter you can’t sit in the restaurant area to eat it. When we ordered at the counter the nice lady at the register said we could order beer at the bar. As we went to sit in the restaurant area a waitress abruptly stopped us from seating ourselves and told us we were not allowed to sit there and that we had to sit in the commons area. Overall it was her tone and the vibe she gave of shooing us away.

I work with a non profit that supports adults with special abilities and many of them wanted to order food from Blatt. Not only was the staff super friendly and accommodating, but they also made an off menu item for a side for one of our folks who had dietary restrictions and took extra care to ensure it was completely safe for them to eat. Unfortunately, we are not always met with such grace and acceptance. Thanks for making their lunch experience so wonderful!

I ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink for $17 When it was presented to me the burger was about the size of a whopper jr and bland. It had 2 pieces of onion and one quarter-sized pickle chip on it with ketchup and mustard. That's it. I got about the equivalent of a small order of fast food fries that were overdone at best.
If this is what $17 gets me, I'll pass on yall from now on. Thats pitiful for the money you charge!

This place is amazing! The food is outstanding and always very high quality. I recommend the shrimp tacos. Managers Taylor and Sky were walking around the restaurant on a busy Saturday making sure everything was okay and I thought that was very impressive. I definitely will be back and I would now consider this my favorite restaurant. My server's name was Carmen and she was so sweet.

Drinks and appetizers were as expected , but was totally taken back when the man behind the bar wouldn’t help me . He said I’d have to wait for the server . When I jokingly asked him what he was doing that he couldn’t help me , he literally said to me that he was “managing”. Wow , I guess he couldn’t be bothered to pour me a beer because of the chaos’s of the other 3 people in there at 2pm on a Saturday.

The food was OK but when she told us that we were closing soon, we did not know that we were going to get kicked out of the seating area so when our food came, it came in a to go order and they told us the dining room was closing and my wife in advertently left her a 15% tip based upon that she was nice enough to service our dinner Turned out they kicked us out of the dining room and we had to sit in the common area better. Can I have my tip back?
